Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, December 15, teases that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will confront Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) while Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) hopes for his big chance with Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney). Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will also escape from the cabin, so here’s what DOOL viewers can expect.
In the town square, Nicole will suddenly pump the brakes on the kiss Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) just stole from her. After Nicole delivers a hard slap to Rafe’s face, she’ll insist EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is the man she wants.
Nicole is trying to move beyond her secret hookup with Rafe and find a path forward with Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) former flame, but Sami will cling to hope for her marriage.
While Sami’s busy ripping up divorce papers and locking lips with EJ in the DiMera living room, Nicole will face Ava’s questions.
Ava may stumble across Rafe and Nicole fighting – perhaps just after that slap we mentioned. That’ll force Nicole and Rafe to hide the truth, so they may blame their faceoff on EJ.
It’s no secret that Rafe hates EJ with a burning passion, so Nicole may argue that they’re fighting about Rafe’s disapproval of her romance.
Ava isn’t a fan of EJ either, but it works in her favor if Nicole pursues him rather than Rafe. Even so, Ava may argue that Nicole’s drama with Sami is to be expected under the circumstances. It’s the price you pay when you hop in bed with Sami’s husband!
Days spoilers say Ava will spar with Nicole a bit and may end up suspicious of her connection to Rafe. The more Ava thinks about it, the more convinced she may be that Rafe and Nicole aren’t over their feelings for each other.
Ava’s going to find out about that sizzling conference table session down the road, so that’s sure to bring trouble.
Until then, Nicole will interrupt Sami and EJ’s conversation at the DiMera mansion. Even if Sami manages to make progress with EJ, he should snap out of it when Nicole shows up.
EJ will wrap an arm around Nicole and suggest he’s sticking with her rather than cheating Sami.
Although Sami won’t throw in the towel, she’ll no doubt feel rather defeated when she makes her way back to Nicole’s apartment. That’s where Sami will offer updates to Lucas and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).
Allie will push Lucas to fight for Sami just before she shows up, so he may pour his heart out again and urge Sami to let him love her properly. Lucas will feel like he’d be much better match for Sami and would treat her right.
Sami will always have strong feelings for Lucas, but there’s something about EJ that keeps her coming back time and time again.
It looks like EJ and Sami are gearing up for a holiday reunion based on upcoming Days spoilers, so Lucas should once again become the loser in love.
At the cabin, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will accept that what Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) just told him is true – that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is possessed once more.
Unfortunately, the devil is powerful enough to throw grown men around the room, so Shawn and Ben will be at a serious disadvantage in this battle.
Marlena will try to choke the life out of Ben after she makes him tie a necktie around his neck. She’ll use some spooky magic to manipulate the situation and will ultimately make her getaway.
Ben will thankfully live to tell the tale, so Shawn will get that necktie off him and help untie John Black (Drake Hogestyn), too.
After Belle Brady (Martha Madison) makes sure Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) is all right, she’ll wind up at the cabin as well.
Belle will be relieved to see John and Shawn safe, but they’ll all grow concerned about the devil’s intentions.
Ben will be fearful as well, especially since possessed Marlena will admit she has big plans for his unborn child before she bolts.
Days spoilers say Ben will keep that warning in the back of his mind as he returns to Ciara and perhaps apologizes since she was right all along.
From now on, Ciara and Ben are truly in this together. That’s great news since a Christmas showdown’s on the way soon enough!
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Ben will do whatever it takes to protect Ciara and her baby from the devil, so keep watching.
