Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, January 13, tease that Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will have a blissful dream about bringing her twins home. It’ll bring some happy moments with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), but things will take a crushing turn soon enough.
Lani may realize the babies are missing in her dream and then wake up to remember it’s true – that she’s living her worst nightmare.
Eli will comfort Lani as she cries in his arms on Wednesday’s DOOL episode. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will fear she’s never going to see Carver Grant and Julia “Jules” Grant again, but Eli will once again promise to find them. He’ll refuse to believe they’re going to be robbed of two more children for good.
Later, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will pay Eli and Lani a visit. She’ll want to offer her support and assure “Elani” that she’ll help in any way she can. However, it’s Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) who’ll be able to provide the most assistance this Wednesday.
During a conversation with Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), Bonnie will mention her strange encounter with a woman and her newborn twins. Bonnie will probably gush about how cutes the babies were, but she may admit the mother seemed a little jumpy.
It looks like Bonnie’s story will click with Justin’s updates on the missing Grant twins, so he’ll push Bonnie to give a statement to the police ASAP. Bonnie will vow to help Lani and describe the kidnapper to a sketch artist, so she’ll definitely make herself useful.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will talk to Julie about Gwen RIzczech’s (Emily O’Brien) manipulation. Julie may think back on how she always thought Gwen seemed familiar, but will Julie finally remember it’s from when Gwen was lurking at Julie’s Place?
If Julie thinks hard enough, she might recall Gwen was there when Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) drink was drugged.
Whatever the case, Abigail will start putting more of the puzzle together with Jennifer and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) on Wednesday. Days of Our Lives spoilers say there’ll be a family meeting about Gwen and her agenda, so Abigail will take steps toward the truth along with Jack and Jennifer.
Over with Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), they’ll walk around town together as a couple. It’ll be a refreshing change of pace since Kate and Jake no longer have to hide how they feel about each other. Justin will bump into Kate and Jake, so he may express his happiness for them.
Of course, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) won’t share that sentiment when he has his own run-in with Kate and Jake. There’ll be some serious tension, but Chad may agree not to stand in Jake and Kate’s way.
Chad has romantic problems of his own to deal with, so he’ll privately open up to Kate about his steamy night with Gwen and the secret he’s keeping from Abigail.
Although Kate’s kept her fair share of secrets over the years, she knows hiding things can make matters so much worse. Days spoilers say Kate will push Chad to come clean to Abigail before she finds out the truth from Gwen.
Chad will know Kate’s right, so he’ll resolve to tell Abigail he slept with Gwen and hope she can somehow understand.
Unfortunately, Gwen will plan to drop Chad’s cheating bomb at the same time. Days spoilers say Gwen will stun Abigail with that news on Thursday, but it looks like Wednesday’s cliffhanger may set up the initial shocker.
