Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, October 13, teases that Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) won’t be scared of having any kind of devil baby with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). Meanwhile, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will be too late to fix a big mistake – and Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will surrender to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
At home, Days spoilers say Ben and Ciara will let the wind die down before they discuss what just happened.
Although Ben will battle an eerie feeling like this sudden storm was an omen, Ciara will think that’s nonsense. She’ll just feel like Ben’s letting his old fears and insecurities creep back in.
Ciara will remind Ben that they’re going to give their child a loving home – one that’s nothing like the abusive one Ben grew up in.
Ben and Ciara intend to keep a close eye on their little one after he or she arrives. That way they can monitor the kid closely for signs of mental illness and get treatment if need be.
However, Ciara really won’t think any of that’s going to be necessary. She’ll feel like their baby’s going to be perfect and will urge Ben to listen to Marlena, who’s never steered him wrong.
Since Marlena was so adamant about Ben having a child with Ciara, he’ll cling to that and hope his nagging fears are wrong.
Of course, DOOL fans know the devil has already targeted Ciara’s unborn child, so there’s definitely a good reason to be concerned here.
Marlena was hoping to talk to Ben and change his mind again, but it’s too late for that since Ciara is seemingly already pregnant.
That should bring a horrifying realization for Marlena in the near future, but she’ll finish levitating for now and face questions when John Black (Drake Hogestyn) just barely misses her floating in midair!
John will sense that Marlena’s feeling even more out of sorts, so he’ll console her as best as he can.
Marlena will be groggy and disconcerted over what she believes was a bizarre nightmare, so she’ll open up to John about it before the week’s over.
As for Chad, he’ll get the invitation he’s been waiting for when Abigail pulls him into her room. Abigail will surrender to desire for her husband, so Chad will happily reconnect with his wife in bed.
Days spoilers say Chad and Abigail will be on cloud nine, but they’ll face some unfortunate news after EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) seals his deal with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
EJ has offered to cover the funding that Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) backed out of providing, but he’s only doing it so that he can play John instead of Chad in the movie!
Next, Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) will enjoy a small engagement bash with Abe Carver (James Reynolds), Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey).
It’ll bring some drinks and fun – that is until Paulina gets a reminder of the secrets she’s keeping under wraps.
Paulina is Lani’s true mother, so that’s shocker number one.
The second bombshell is that Abe isn’t Lani’s bio dad, so Paulina will battle guilt and worry about blowing up her family if the whole truth comes out.
