Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, September 22, tease that Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) CEO swap will deliver a shock while Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) learns Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Camila Banus) secret. Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) picnic will also charm Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
First, Gabi will hog the kitchen at the Hernandez house and perhaps face some snide remarks about her cooking skills.
Ava will certainly find a way to irritate Gabi, who’ll give just as good as she gets when another confrontation erupts.
Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will be caught in the middle of the conflict, but he may try to send Ava and Gabi to their corners.
However, Ava will manage to do some eavesdropping and find out about the plot to bring Philip down.
That’ll give Ava some info to spill to Philip later this week, but he’ll take Chloe on a sweet picnic in the meantime.
Days spoilers say Philip will have a special surprise in store on this picnic. He’ll show off a sapling and insist he wants to plant as a nod to their past together.
Philip will hope that one day, he can carve his initials in this tree with Chloe – just like they did in another one all those years ago. DOOL viewrs can expect Philip to practically leave Chloe swooning!
Chloe will definitely like seeing this mature, sentimental side of Philip. That’s especially true since Philip’s mostly just been jealous and possessive lately.
Days spoilers say Philip will apologize and hope they can reset things between them, so Chloe will like that idea. As for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he’ll be busy offering important updates to Victor.
Brady will argue that Philip’s jealousy is out of control and interfering with his work at Titan.
It looks like Brady will convince Victor that he’s right, but Victor will shock his grandson with a request.
Victor may argue that the only way he’ll remove Philip from power is if Brady’s willing to take the throne in his place. He might argue that he only trusts family in the CEO seat and urge Brady to reclaim his rightful spot.
Next, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will get a shock of her own. That’s because Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will pay her half-sister a visit with some things to get off her chest.
Since Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) has formed a bond with Gwen, Abigail might think it’s best if they try to coexist peacefully. She may make another attempt at a truce and hope they can just deal with each other.
However, Abigail’s going to find out about Gwen’s prostitute past sooner or later – and DOOL fans know that story is completely bogus.
Abigail will figure that out down the road, so that’ll put her on the path to learning the full miscarriage truth.
Until then, Jack will stop by Xander Cook Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) hotel suite. Xander will be on edge over someone’s arrival and will cover Jack’s mouth to prevent them from being discovered.
It seems Xander will worry EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) will come back for another brawl – or worse, send the cops straight to his door.
Fortunately, it’ll just be Gwen. This could give Gwen a chance to repair Jack and Xander’s friendship, which would be a big load off her mind.
Gwen will give it her best shot, so we’ll keep you in the loop as other Days news rolls in.
