Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview update for the week of April 12-15 teases that some surprises are on the way. For starters, Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will open his mind and his heart to something new.
Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) is concerned about Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) using Philip, but Philip suggested that being used could be a turn on.
However, it seems Philip will decide he’s legitimately interested in Gabi soon enough. Gabi is beautiful, ambitious, smart and witty, so she checks a lot of boxes for Philip. Why wouldn’t Philip want to see where things might lead?
Philip will think maybe the way to get past an old relationship is to start a new one. That goes for both Philip, who’s been stuck on Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), as well as Gabi, who’s been hung up on Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).
The problem is that Gabi just doesn’t seem legitimately into Philip – and that’s not going to change when Gabi sees how jealous Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) is about to get.
Gabi enjoys Philip’s company and will have fun on their upcoming date. She’ll even appreciate the flowers Philip offers, but none of that will change what Gabi feels for Jake.
It seems like Kate’s fears were warranted about Philip getting hurt, but he’s a grown man and knows what he’s getting himself into. As for Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), DOOL fans will see a cute scene between them at the pub.
There’ll be another bonding moment before Allie drops something and reaches down to get it at the same time as Tripp. That’ll lead to Tripp and Allie’s hands touching, so they’ll let them linger and lock eyes.
DOOL spoilers say Allie and Tripp will be caught off guard by the flying sparks, so things will keep moving in a romantic direction for these two.
Over with Chloe, she’ll finally pour her heart out and let Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) know everything she’s been feeling. Chloe will tell Brady they should be together again as Brady stands there looking stunned.
Days spoilers say Chloe will move in close and touch Brady tenderly, so he’ll have a lot to mull over.
Brady will admit he returns Chloe’s feelings down the road, but for now he may confess he needs time to think about her plea. Meanwhile, Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) will awaken and realize a massive blunder has been made.
Sami will regret hooking up with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and will refuse to listen to any talk of getting back together with Lucas.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sami will want to keep fighting for her marriage, so she’ll intend to keep EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) in the dark. That task will become tougher when Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) figures out this new cheating secret and blackmails Sami to do her dirty Chloe work with Lucas.
Over with Chanel Dupree (Precious Way), she’ll shock Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) by revealing that they’re now married.
It’ll leave Xander reeling since he won’t remember anything about his drunken night before. Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will object to her daughter’s actions, but Chanel will think she’s doing whatever she has to do for the sake of her finances.
At the hospital, Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will lock lips with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will wind up sneaking in Ciara’s room later with the memory serum, so he’ll plan to give Ciara a dangerous injection to help her remember.
It looks like Ben’s plan may be thwarted, so Theo might burst in and warn Ben to get away from Ciara. Whatever the case, it doesn’t look like Ciara’s memories are coming back yet – and Ciara may view Ben as even more of a threat after this stunt he pulls.
