Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of June 21-25 tease that dead Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) will bring a mess for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will also face a CEO disaster after EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerrigel), Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) scheme, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
First, Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will have a hard time keeping their cheating secret under wraps. Having EJ back in town will make things difficult – and so will Xander’s advice for Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker).
Xander will suggest that to get Sami off Nicole’s back, Nicole’s going to need some dirt. That’ll get the wheels turning for Nicole, who’ll indeed hope she can score some leverage.
However, Nicole will also wind up on the hot seat as Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) pushes for answers about the secret she’s keeping.
Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will get a surprise as well thanks to an offer Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) is cooking up. DOOL spoilers say Chloe will remain drawn to Brady despite her previous insistence on time apart, so Philip will work hard to keep Brady away.
Next, Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) will have fun making Jake miserable with her clingy behavior. Kate will make sure Jake and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) can’t have their happily ever after yet.
Plus, Kate will become a crucial part of the DiMera Enterprises takeover story that’s brewing. Jake will sense that a coup is coming, so he’ll hope he can count on Kate’s vote.
EJ, Tony and Chad will all join forces to oust Jake, so Jake will be trying to round up enough support to stay in power.
Days spoilers say Gabi will help Jake, but there’s a good chance Kate’s vote will turn out to be the deciding one. This could set the stage for Kate to reveal she’s been faking her blindness and has no intention of letting Jake remain the CEO.
EJ’s return will leave both Lucas and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) riled up, so they’ll bond over their mutual disdain for the guy. When Lucas encounters Nicole later, she’ll grill him in hopes of getting that dirt on Sami she wants.
Nicole will also wind up in Rafe’s intriguing dream, which will probably bring some steamy moments and guilt since Nicole is a married woman.
Besides, Rafe is dating Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and will feel like he needs to focus on her. That could be easier said than done if these hot dreams persist.
As for Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), she’ll receive some shocking news from Paulina Price (Jackée Harry). Will Paulina come clean about her true Horton Town Square agenda?
If Lani learns the truth and keeps it a secret, that could put her at odds with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), Abe Carver (James Reynolds), Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) and plenty of other characters.
Meanwhile, Xander will step up to defend Gwen from Dr. Snyder, but the situation will spin out of control. Will Dr. Snyder end up dead?
We know a corpse will have to be disposed of in the lake this summer, so that sounds like a scheme Xander and Gwen might have to carry out as part of a cover-up.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say this confrontation will turn violent and end in a tight spot for Xander along with Gwen. It certainly sounds like Dr. Snyder is a goner! We’ll bring you updates as other Days details roll in.
