Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will grow closer to someone surprising, but let’s set the stage for their hot encounter first. Xander will try to drown his sorrows over Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) bailing on their future together, so look for him to lash out in some wild ways.
Xander will be on quite the drunken bender for several episodes, so that’s important to keep in mind. It’s clear that Xander will be in a dark place, so that’ll lead to some shocking decisions.
According to April preview info, Xander will get totally plastered before waking up to an unexpected situation.
Now that we’ve confirmed what’s really going to happen, let’s look at some upcoming Days spoilers for April Fools’ Day, too. DOOL has a fantasy episode in store that’ll make Xander and Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) strange bedfellows.
Bonnie will be in a nun costume as Xander moves in close and apparently sleeps with her.
Of course, this episode will have other crazy things going on – like Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) surprise pregnancy and Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) ordering John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) execution.
It’s meant to be a “gotcha” show that’s fun and takes a break from the usual action.
However, Days Head Writer Ron Carlivati confirmed something intriguing to SOD regarding this April Fools’ Day episode. Carlvati admitted that while this a prank show, “there is one thing that happens so that this episode will affect the story going forward, one thing that happens that may actually be real.”
With all that in mind, here’s a prediction of how it’ll all go down. We’ve got Xander on this drunken bender and spiraling out of control. It makes sense that Xander will finally conk out and have a wild dream that features various Salemites doing bizarre things.
At the end of the show, Xander will perhaps awaken relieved to know sleeping with Bonnie was just a nightmare – only to look over and see her in bed right next to him.
In other words, Xander may dream up the April Fools’ Day show about sleeping with Bonnie and then realize he actually did.
Bonnie’s smitten with Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), but come on! She’s not going to turn down a one-night stand with a hunk like Xander, especially not if Bonnie and Justin get into a big fight beforehand.
The stars may align for heartbroken Xander to truly come together with Bonnie for a hot hookup.
