Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) intimate encounter could bring a new grandbaby for Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford). Could another bun in the oven save Jack and Gwen’s dad-daughter bond after her betrayal?
DOOL viewers know Gwen’s still keeping a huge secret from Jack. Gwen really should’ve come clean when she had the chance since she already told Jack that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) didn’t push her down the stairs.
Jack understands it was an accident, but he still thinks that accident caused Gwen’s miscarriage. He has no idea Gwen lost the baby before she ever took the tumble.
Of course, Gwen made a bigger mess by letting Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowder) blackmail her and covering up his death, which wasn’t a murder at all.
Days spoilers say Gwen and Xander will remain in this together, so that’ll bring an intimate encounter during the week of July 12-16.
Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will interrupt that encounter – no doubt in a comical way – but the deed could already be done once she walks in.
There’s the potential for some baby-making here, even if it happens during a future moment of passion instead.
Gwen was saddened over the loss of her baby since it meant she wouldn’t be a mom and Jack wouldn’t be a grandfather. She was looking forward to being a family, but sudden tragedy struck and changed everything.
Gwen’s worried she’ll lose Jack forever when he finds out the truth about the miscarriage timing, but perhaps a new baby could be just what she needs to fix this.
There’s no way Jack will walk away from his grandchild – not after inadvertently letting Gwen grow up without a father.
Jack will want to step up and be a good grandpa if Gwen ends up pregnant again. It could lead to Jack forgiving and supporting Gwen as well.
Having Xander be the “baby daddy” would be another fun element for Days to play around with since Xander considers Jack to be his best mate.
Regardless, Days spoilers state that Gwen and Xander will take their relationship into steamy territory.
