General Hospital Spoilers: ‘Bad Franco’ Return Leads to ‘Friz’ Family Tragedy - Cameron Haunted by Dead Father Zander’s Ghost?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) attempt to instill fear and cause panic paid off. The article Peter published in The Invader succeeded in making plenty of people in Port Charles concerned about what Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) might do next.

Peter’s hoping that if Franco remembers all Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) memories and rats him out, it’ll just seem like the ramblings of a deeply disturbed man with a brain tumor.

In the coming weeks, General Hospital spoilers say Franco’s tumor will manage to cause additional problems. Let’s talk about what those problems might be and the drama they’ll lead to.

GH fans know Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has been fighting hard to defend Franco. She’s always quick to pipe up about this tumor not affecting Franco in the same way as the last one.

Since Elizabeth has been so adamant that Franco doesn’t pose a real threat, the show’s setting Liz up for her faith to be shaken.

General Hospital spoilers for February sweeps back up this idea and insist Liz could be forced to make a tough decision for the sake of her family. Will signs of “Bad Franco” emerge and become too hard to ignore?

Since we know Franco’s tumor will bring more complications, we may be gearing up for a situation where Franco’s accused of something he didn’t do. Perhaps Peter could even create bogus evidence to ensure Franco looks dangerous.

It’s worth mentioning that a startling event is set to upend Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) life. We also know that Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) have some very dramatic scenes coming up together.

Cam’s grandma may interact with Franco’s father in the aftermath of the shocker that’s coming.

Whatever the case, Elizabeth may feel she has no choice but to distance herself and the boys from Franco. This would line up with Liz’s difficult decision to protect her family and fit with Cameron’s upcoming crisis.

Chad Brannon is coming back and will most likely be reprising his role as Alexander “Zander” Smith in ghostly form. That brings some intriguing possibilities since it makes sense for Cameron to get a visit from his dead biological father.

Could Cameron step up to protect his family like he promised and play a role in Franco’s potential death? Could Cam simply witness Peter, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or someone else taking Franco’s life instead?

Either scenario would qualify as a life-changing event and could torment Cameron to the point that his father’s ghost shows up.

Then again, it’s easy to see how something might happen to Cameron that Franco gets blamed for, even if it’s inadvertent or something another character is responsible for in reality.

Franco himself might even start to wonder if he’s a genuine threat depending on how all this plays out. There could be manipulation going on that causes Franco to doubt himself.

If Cameron gets seriously injured and ends up fighting to survive, it could bring a near-death experience that involves a ghostly visit from Zander.

That could still set the stage for Franco to face a tragic outcome of his own – and perhaps add to Cameron’s struggles if he awakens and realize his own ordeal has triggered Franco’s grim fate.
