General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) could be tempted to confess the “Baby Bailey Quartermine” (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) truth to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Will Brook Lynn and Sonny’s reunion bring honesty?
During the week of September 27-October 1, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will find Brook Lynn and fill her in on some amazing news. Of course, that has to be the fact that Sonny is alive!
Josslyn should have updates on Sonny’s survival by then and will no doubt want to tell Brook Lynn about this incredible shocker.
Brook Lynn had a sweet and special bond with Sonny before his presumed death, especially after she really stepped up to bring joy to Mike Corbin (Max Gail) at Turning Woods.
Once Brook Lynn finds out Sonny’s still in the land of the living, she’ll be relieved and unbelievably grateful.
However, this could lead to some awkward moments and tough decisions. Sonny has never met “Bailey” since he was in Nixon Falls at the time of her birth.
Sonny will surely want to see “Bailey” at some point and gush over how adorable she is.
Brook Lynn will also hear the story of Sonny being kept away from his loved ones, so that should add to her guilt.
Can Brook Lynn really look Sonny in the eye and pile on more lies after everything he’s been through?
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) knew exactly who Sonny was, but she betrayed him by keeping secrets about his true identity.
Brook Lynn is keeping Louise’s true identity under wraps as well – and the motive is similar since she wants to protect Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) daughter just like Nina felt she was protecting “Mike.”
Brook Lynn may not like the idea of lying to Sonny under the circumstances – and she could really use the chance to get this bombshell off her chest anyway.
Plus, Sonny knows all about how dangerous Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is since Peter just set fire to The Tan-O and puts lives on the line.
Sonny would likely understand the reason for the baby scheme if he was told, so Brook Lynn might decide Sonny deserves the truth rather than more secrets and lies.
Will Sonny become the next keeper of the Louise secret? Will Sonny warn Brook Lynn about the risks of hiding someone’s true identity?
Sonny might even take pity on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as a duped papa and suggest that Brook Lynn should come clean to him sooner rather than later!
