General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) long-awaited Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) showdown is on the way. As Sonny’s livid wife, Carly will unleash her fury over Nina hiding her husband all this time.
Once Carly hears about Nina’s deception and what exactly went down in Nixon Falls, she’s going to blow her top.
GH fans know Nina almost filled Carly in the moment she found out about Sonny’s survival.
Nina was all set to tell Carly the truth over the phone, but Carly lashed out over Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) and riled Nina up.
It served as a reminder of Carly’s cruelty in Nina’s eyes, especially since she was still upset over Carly and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) hiding the truth about Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier).
Of course, Nina had plenty of other chances to come clean in the months that followed.
Nina could’ve told Carly the truth at any time, but she stayed silent instead and even let herself fall for “Mike.”
Carly will eventually get updates on the whole ugly story, so she’ll no doubt want to give Nina a piece of her mind.
It seems likely that a hard slap is coming up as Carly releases her rage and lets Nina know what she really thinks of her. Nina will no doubt argue that “Mike” was better off and make matters worse.
Sonny will be back in Port Charles with all his memories by then and may join in the confrontation as well.
Despite the love Sonny found with Nina in Nixon Falls, he may join Carly in her angry outburst initially.
However, it’s Nina and Carly’s heated faceoff that viewers are really looking forward to.
We all know how fierce Carly can get when she’s been crossed, so this is sure to be the confrontation of the century!
General Hospital spoilers say Carly will go off on Nina like never before and will want Nina to pay for keeping Sonny hidden from his grieving family.
