General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) strong bond will be shattered thanks to a buried family secret. GH fans know Finn kept Chase at a distance for decades.
It wasn’t until Chase took a job in Port Charles that he convinced Finn to connect as brothers.
Of course, Chase and Finn get along great at this point. There’s a lot of love between them, but Chase doesn’t know there’s a chance he might actually be Finn’s biological son.
What happens once Chase discovers the shocker? You can bet Chase and Finn’s relationship will change in an instant – no matter the outcome of the paternity test.
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was lurking when Finn decided against picking up the DNA test results from the lab, so it’s possible there’ll be some manipulation. That could mean the results won’t be accurate, but even the test alone is going to be a game-changer.
Either Chase will find out Finn’s his bio dad or he’ll find out Finn could’ve been his bio dad. That’s not going to be a good feeling for Chase any way you slice it!
Chase will get updates on Finn sleeping with Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) the night before her wedding to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison), so that’ll be a major strike against Finn.
Plus, Finn let Gregory believe he was holding a grudge over how fast Gregory moved on after Finn’s mother died. Gregory suffered for years feeling like it was his fault his family had been torn apart.
Chase is going to feel betrayed for himself and on his father’s behalf, so it’s safe to say there won’t be any more brotherly bonding for a while.
If Finn really is Chase’s biological father or at least appears to be based on the paternity results, it’ll really destroy Chase and Finn’s relationship. Chase will show a brand-new side of himself in the aftermath of all this. GH fans are going to see a truly furious Chase – perhaps angrier than we’ve ever seen him before!
It looks like Chase’s fury may ignite during the week of March 8-12. General Hospital spoilers say Chase will spot something that’s not meant for him to see.
The paternity test results might inadvertently land in Chase’s lap somehow – or maybe it’ll be Cyrus’ doing if the villain puts a plot in motion against Jackie.
Regardless, Chase will end up confronting Finn eventually and lashing out over this life-changing secret. Chase’s dark side might come out just a bit in the fallout.
It’d be fitting for Chase to punch Finn under the circumstances – and you can bet it’ll be a long time before Chase can even think about forgiving Finn for his mistakes.
