General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will replace Kip as “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August’s (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) “dad.” Chase’s fake fatherhood confession will eventually rock Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) wasn’t born yesterday and will quickly realize “Paulie” isn’t who he claims to be. Kip’s performance left a bit to be desired anyway, but there’ll be some other hints that alert Gladys to trouble.
After Gladys makes a stunning discovery, some outrageous demands will follow. Gladys will make life even more difficult for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) this time around. Gladys will be irritated with Brook Lynn for trying to deceive her, so she’ll up the ante when it comes to her terms.
When Gladys pushes for Deception shares, Brook Lynn will flip out and wonder how she’s supposed to explain that. She’ll refuse to go along with Gladys’ conditions, so that’ll lead Gladys to call Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) with big news.
Meanwhile, Chase will put the puzzle pieces together and confront Brook Lynn. He’ll realize Brook Lynn is actually covering for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), who handed off Louise for protection from Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Brook Lynn will expect Chase to chew her out and tell the world, but Chase will go for a surprising stance instead.
In fact, Chase will volunteer to take on the role of fake “baby daddy” and offer continued protection for Louise. Brook Lynn will be shocked and touched to know Chase would do something like that to help.
Soon after, Chase and Brook Lynn will start plotting how they’re going to spin the new story.
Brook Lynn will have to tell quite a tale during the Thanksgiving festivities this year – and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) should be hanging on her every word.
Over with Chase, he’ll deliver some updates that blow Finn away during the week of November 22-26. It’s possible Chase will trust Finn enough to tell him everything, but that seems awfully risky.
Chase may have to lie that he’s learned he’s the father of Brook Lynn’s baby and push for some fatherhood pointers from Finn.
Regardless, Chase will sign up to help Brook Lynn and Maxie for Louise’s sake. General Hospital spoilers say this scheme could put them all in Peter’s vengeful path down the road, so stay tuned to ABC’s GH.
