General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, December 3, tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will be hospitalized while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) rejects Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) sympathy. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will also fear a “Bailey Quartermaine” (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) ban, so here’s what fans can expect.
For starters, Peter will be in a hospital bed as he gleefully points out that sometimes fate needs a helping hand. He’ll hold up a presumably injured hand when he says it, so Peter might resort to some self-harm to score this GH visit. That’s troubling since there could be less security and more chances for Peter to make a break for it!
At the Quartermaine mansion, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will angrily wonder how much more Valentin is going to pile on. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will also feel antagonized and may warn Valentin that it’s not a good idea for him to be around “Bailey” if he’s going to behave this way.
Valentin will break down in tears as he tells Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that Brook Lynn isn’t going to let him see “Bailey,” but Anna may have faith that they can work something out. General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will try to get some closure, so he may get a farewell moment with “Bailey” after all. As for what the future holds, there’ll hopefully be a place for Valentin in Louise’s life.
Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) will welcome Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) back and reflect on the mistakes she’s made. Drew will wonder what Maxie would change about the past, so her answer should involve all things Peter! Specifically, Maxie may regret trusting Peter over all the naysayers who tried to warn her and giving him one too many chances.
Of course, Maxie could never regret making Louise and may admit that, too. By the end of this conversation, Drew will promise to find Louise and bring her home. He’ll hate that he couldn’t save Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and will want to at least make this right for Maxie and her daughter.
Maxie will battle guilt since Louise is living right under everyone’s nose as “Bailey,” but she’ll keep her mouth shut about that for now. Back at the hospital, Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will seem amused as he asks if that’s a threat. Peter may bark some warnings at Austin, who isn’t someone who’s easily rattled – even by a guy as dangerous as Peter.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will reach an interesting conclusion regarding Austin, so that means they’ll interact again and have the opportunity to grow closer. As for Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), they’ll get some news about their baby. Liam Corbin isn’t out of the woods yet, but Sasha and Brando will try to stay positive.
As for Nina, she’ll offer her condolences to Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Nina will likely point out that she knows how close Carly and Jason were, but Carly will snap that Nina knows nothing about her and Jason. She’ll reject Nina’s comfort, but Sonny will appreciate it before he gives Brando a few more fatherly words of wisdom.
Later, Carly will spot something that gives her an unsettled feeling, so that could be a tender moment between Sonny and Nina. Whatever the case, Carly will be on a mission to get the truth soon enough!
We’ll pass along updates as other info becomes available. GH spoilers say Nina and Sonny’s buried romance won’t be fully exposed just yet, but that secret will indeed come back to haunt them sooner or later.
