General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, June 25, tease that Austin’s (Roger Howarth) secrets will bring suspicions while Brick (Stephen A. Smith) warns Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will also prepare to drop her baby bomb on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), so let’s discuss what’s coming up.
For starters, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will take Laura Collins (Genie Francis) up on an offer, so that could involve a supportive chat. It might be nice for Maxie to open up to someone without being interrogated – even if she can’t reveal the real story behind what happened to Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom).
Over with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), they’ll get an offer as well. Austin will think he might be able to help find Maxie’s baby, but Valentin will seem a bit uneasy.
Valentin will wonder what Anna’s instincts are telling her about Austin, so she might struggle to get a good read on him.
Austin doesn’t seem like a bad guy, but he’s definitely a secretive guy! He’s obviously hiding things that could make waves in Port Charles, so Anna may sense that and think it’s best to stay on guard.
Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will certainly seem suspicious when he crosses paths with Austin on Friday’s episode. “Why does that interest you?” Scott says in the preview clip with a glare. He won’t trust Austin, so Austin probably won’t trust Scott either!
Other General Hospital spoilers say Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will have a surprising outburst. She’ll yell that someone has to leave, so we’ll soon see who’s got Lucy so upset and why.
Next, Sasha will face a tricky task and get some advice from Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) beforehand. Sasha will wonder how she tells Nina she’s pregnant, but Brando may feel like she’s making this a bigger deal than it actually is.
GH fans know Sasha lied about being Nina’s daughter once upon a time. If the truth hadn’t come out, Nina would be excited about welcoming a new grandchild.
However, Nina knows Sasha was a fraud and accepted it a long time ago. She’s got an actual grandchild in Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson), so Brando may not see why Nina would be bothered.
Nina obviously has much more important things on her mind than reacting to Sasha’s bun in the oven. Although Nina should be happy for Sasha when she gets updates, she’ll remain worried about her own situation with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Nina knows she’ll blow her second chance to be in Wiley’s life if Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) finds out she kept Sonny’s survival under wraps.
Furthermore, Nina won’t know whether she should stay in Port Charles and resume her old life or head back to Nixon Falls to continue the fantasy.
During a conversation with Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), Nina will admit she’s not sure where home is anymore. Nina might even drop some hints about the new man in her life and leave Ava curious.
Back with Sasha, she’ll deal with some Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) drama. Gladys will try to get under Sasha’s skin and will no doubt be rather overbearing when it comes to the baby.
In the Corinthos family kitchen, Brick will show up for a strategy session. There was an explosion near the docks, so Jason has just informed Carly that they’ve been hit. Brick will warn that Jason and Carly are running out of time to push back.
It’s clear that it’s now or never, so Carly and Jason will have to figure out a bold move to handle their enemies. It turns out that bold move will be marriage, so look for the story to build in that direction during the week of June 28-July 2.
As other GH news rolls in, we’ll deliver more details. General Hospital spoilers say some complications will result from Jason and Carly’s upcoming choices, so stay tuned. CDL will have other fantastic soap spoilers, updates and news to check out, so stop by often.
