General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, September 3, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will get a surprise bachelorette party while Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton own pre-wedding celebration gets derailed. Ava Jerome (Maura Wright) may also be forced to spill to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
For starters, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will seem disappointed and rather annoyed. “Can’t you just arrest me instead?” Brando asks in Friday’s GH preview video.
Perhaps Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will put Brando through a grilling session about mob-related activities and leave him feeling like there’s no trust between them.
Sasha will face a curveball in Friday’s episode, so that could be as simple as Brando snapping at her – or perhaps something worse since trouble is always just around the corner in Port Charles.
On a happier note, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will tell Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about a surprise that’s going to blow Carly’s mind.
Several women can indeed be heard in Friday’s preview clip yelling, “Surprise!” It sounds like Olivia and possibly Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will decide to put together a bachelorette party for Carly, who’ll later admit she’s starting to feel like a real bride.
Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will have some supportive words as Carly prepares to walk down the aisle and become a wife once again.
Jason will also have a bachelor bash, though it’ll be a small one. Look for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to help Jason celebrate his last night of freedom.
It looks like Jason’s mini party will be held at The Savoy, so that may be why Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) tries to get rid of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) on Friday.
Sam will be confused over why she’s suddenly not welcome there, so Curtis may admit Jason’s bachelor shindig is about to go down.
Nevertheless, Sam’s a big girl and hasn’t been thinking about Jason at all lately.
Sam’s all about solving the mystery surrounding Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) disappearance, so she’ll share the latest information with Curtis as they keep inching toward the truth.
As for Jason’s bachelor party, it’ll eventually get interrupted by Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller).
Joey will mention that he’s being sent to Peoria, but he’ll taunt Jason before he goes – and his focus on Carly will be particularly unnerving to this groom-to-be.
Jason will suggest taking this outside and will rough Joey up once more if he has to. Unfortunately, it’s clear that Joey is the least of Jason’s worries since a coordinated mob attack is brewing.
At the gallery, Jax will push for details on Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) love life in Nixon Falls. Ava doesn’t know much and won’t see why she should spill anything to Nina’s former flame anyway, but Jax will refuse to leave without answers.
All Ava can really tell Jax is that Nina’s interested in a bartender named “Mike” and doesn’t think their romance would ever work in Port Charles.
Since Jax already knows that the bartender from The Tan-O made that familiar sauce, he should become even more convinced that Nina has fallen for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) somehow.
Of course, Jax will still need Nina to fill in some gaps, so he’ll head to Nixon Falls soon enough.
In the meantime, Nina will cry as Sonny asks if she’s come to any conclusions.
Sonny will still be hoping there’s a way forward for their relationship, but it’ll be hard when Nina feels so guilty.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will face a full-blown crisis once Jax arrives in the coming episodes, so stay tuned.
