General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) may discover “Baby Bailey Quartermaine” is really Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom). It looks like Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may rush to stop Gladys’ exposure to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so let’s consider how this might play out.
For starters, GH fans will recall how Valentin charmed Gladys back in April as part of a scheme with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
The show established a connection that could come back around. Gladys knows Valentin and may land in a position where she wants to tell him the truth.
Of course, Gladys isn’t usually the type of person who does things out of the kindness of her heart. There should be a vengeful element here as well, so we should talk about the Deception drama that’s brewing.
Gladys will continue to stir up trouble on the job, so viewers can expect some conflict between Gladys and Brook Lynn during the week of October 25-29.
Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will try to play referee, but Gladys will become an even bigger problem.
Gladys will end up getting a major lecture from Sasha and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) soon enough.
That means Gladys won’t be too happy with Brook Lynn and Maxie, so revenge could indeed be in the works – especially if Gladys faces the threat of being fired.
General Hospital spoilers say a shocking opportunity will fall right in Gladys’ lap, so that could involve the chance at vengeance through the truth about “Bailey.” There are certainly some signs that could point to Gladys figuring out the real story.
During the week of November 1-5, Brook Lynn will find herself racing to thwart Gladys from carrying out her intentions.
Gladys would have to be on the verge of doing something pretty drastic for Brook Lynn to seem so frantic to stop her.
Perhaps Gladys will overhear Brook Lynn and Maxie discussing the secret as they tend to do. Gladys just might decide Valentin needs to know Brook Lynn was never even pregnant!
However, Valentin’s misfortune could be Brook Lynn’s stroke of good luck since he’ll be in the ICU at GH by then.
Valentin will be back in town for an important surgery, but he may be unconscious if Gladys tries to come barging in.
That could give Brook Lynn a shot at stopping Gladys and pushing for her silence.
Later, Brook Lynn will reconvene with Maxie and work out a new plan. Since Gladys always wants to know what’s in it for her, she may make some demands if she’s going to become part of the secret circle.
It’s smart for the writers to let the baby news land in the hands of someone like Gladys, who can be bribed.
They can raise the stakes as we move into this tricky new chapter. Whatever the case, Gladys is about to create some serious mayhem for Brook Lynn and Maxie.
