General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will make a risky move to win Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) over. This determined dad will use TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) as a pawn for a reunion, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
During the week of November 29-December 3, Thanksgiving celebrations will still be going on in Port Charles. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will host a small one, but she obviously won’t invite Marshall.
Curtis will confide what went down at The Savoy, so Portia should understand why Curtis would kick his father out for faking his death and showing up to harass his family out of the blue.
Portia may also wonder if there’s the potential for Curtis to form a bond with Marshall in time, but she’ll surely respect his decision no matter what.
This is Curtis’ call to make, but that won’t stop Marshall from trying to manipulate the situation – and he’ll think TJ might be the way to do it.
General Hospital spoilers say Marshall will go looking for TJ at GH, so he’ll apparently interrupt TJ on the job and want to explain a few things.
Marshall may admit he’s Curtis’ father and try to help TJ understand why he stayed away all these years.
Maybe Marshall will manage to tug at TJ’s heartstrings and convince him to put in a good word with Curtis.
This could set up some family strife if TJ decides Marshall is a decent guy who just wants to make things right.
TJ might defend Marshall’s actions and motives, but Curtis won’t want his father to pull the wool over TJ’s eyes.
It may feel like another betrayal in some ways once Curtis learns Marshall’s been targeting TJ again at GH. Portia might land in the middle of all this and work to keep the peace.
Curtis will no doubt open his heart down the road, but there’ll be more hostility to work through in the meantime!
In other words, Marshall’s move with TJ may backfire initially, but it could also set the stage for long-term success if he can get TJ in his corner.
