General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that an intriguing writing decision was made for Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Under the circumstances, Molly’s betrayal and lies could’ve easily been used to drive this couple apart.
Although Molly believed TJ was done with her and didn’t really think she was cheating at the time, she was dishonest for months.
That could’ve been a deal-breaker or at least a bigger issue for TJ. However, TJ moved past Molly’s betrayal rather quickly all things considered. Even after Molly admitted she pushed Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) to keep quiet about their hookup, TJ was understanding about it.
It feels like both Molly and TJ have learned the value of honesty. They recently talked about not wanting to lie like their moms and decided to do better in their own relationship. Although TJ isn’t keen on moving full-speed ahead with the commitment ceremony, he’s assured Molly that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.
GH writers gave this couple a very mature blowup that’s practically been resolved at this point. If they intended to take TJ and Molly down different romantic paths, you’d think there’d be more drama. With that in mind, perhaps the goal is to pull Molly closer to TJ instead.
Before the cheating was revealed, General Hospital spoilers suggested Molly would make a decision that could forever change her relationship with TJ. It’s possible that Molly’s decision to confess will simply solidify her romance in a whole new way. This couple may be given a sense of depth that wasn’t there before.
However, it’s also possible Molly and TJ’s relationship will forever change through something else. Their quick decision to make up resulted in some steamy scenes in the shower. Now that we’ve seen TJ and Molly being intimate again, the story might head down another path.
After all, there was all that talk about doing things differently than their own parents. Maybe it’ll serve as a setup for Molly and TJ to become parents, too! Is a “Tolly” baby on the way? Will Molly eventually face a surprise pregnancy that further deepens her bond with TJ?
Since the show doesn’t seem eager to split TJ and Molly, they might as well let them start a family. If GH writers are going all in on this pairing, they might as well throw a baby in the mix! We’ll give you updates as other news becomes available.
