General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, December 27, teases that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will face a penalty for perjury threat while Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) finds out who’ll be his shadow from now on. Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) secret is also on the verge of coming out, so we should talk about all the drama that’s brewing.
For starters, it seems Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) won’t be able to escape her steam room memories.
Brook Lynn is growing more attracted to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) by the second, so he’s probably going to invade her dreams based on Monday’s preview video.
Chase will be steamy all over again as he asks if this is hot enough. He may pose the question to Brook Lynn before she wakes up startled and even more confused about what she wants.
It may be Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) who gives Brook Lynn a nudge toward figuring that out – preferably sooner rather than later.
After Ned lets Brook Lynn know he’s sorry for overreacting to her scheme and trashing Chase, he may acknowledge that Chase has really stepped up as a dad.
Ned may also call Brook Lynn out for treating Chase harshly because of her complicated feelings, which is exactly what she did at the Christmas gathering.
If Ned has been picking up on the strange vibe, that may be why he tells Brook Lynn to “get out in front of this” in the preview clip.
There’s no room for dishonesty or games in co-parenting, but Ned doesn’t have the whole story since “Bailey Quartermaine” is actually Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt).
Even so, it’d be wise for Brook Lynn to test the waters and see if Chase is feeling the same way. Based on the near kiss in the steam room recently, we’d say it’s a safe bet!
Other GH spoilers say Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will have a way to score information on Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) and his past.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will like the sound of that since he wants to know more about Marshall, especially since he could be dangerous.
Of course, Marshall clearly has a softer side as well. He’ll turn on the charm with Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) as he delivers an intriguing proposal, so he might express romantic interest, professional interest or even both.
We could envision a proper date for Epiphany and Marshall, but they’d also make a fantastic musical duo if they worked out a formal agreement.
Across town, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will meet up with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) to school him on the threat Victor poses.
Meanwhile, Victor himself will face Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) fierce warning. Anna will intend to watch Victor like a hawk now that he’s settled back in Port Charles.
Anna will act like his freedom won’t mean much since she’ll be serving as Victor’s shadow everywhere he goes.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will notice Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) is still wearing his Santa suit, so he’ll get updates on the attorney’s recent walk of shame.
When Valentin finds out Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) did that same shameful walk, he’ll basically warn Martin to make better choices.
Valentin won’t think Lucy is a good match for Martin or anyone else for that matter, but he’ll have to respect Martin’s wishes on this.
Monday’s preview video also shows Valentin reflecting on the idea of a happy ending, so we’ll see what he’s getting at and how Martin feels about it.
In the courtroom, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will be perplexed over Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) tactic.
Scott will have plenty of questions for Willow on the stand, but Carly won’t understand what Willow has to do with anything.
Scott will start by asking questions about Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) meeting with DA Sheridan (David Jahn), so Willow will admit she wondered if more was going on.
That’ll lead Scott to question if that wondering resulted in a follow-up discussion with Michael.
Although Willow will protest that she thought her conversations with Michael were protected, Scott will insist spousal privilege doesn’t apply to co-parenting.
Scott will also remind Willow that what applies to just about everybody is the penalty for perjury!
Of course, what Scott will want Willow to admit most is what she knows about Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) relationship with Sonny.
Scott should rattle Willow enough to blab that shocker – and then Nina may have no choice but to back it up in her own testimony.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina and Sonny’s stunning love story will make some serious waves once the truth is revealed.
