General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, February 22, tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will continue to enjoy his night out with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
Curtis scored the pictures he needed to bust his client’s wife for cheating, but Portia wasn’t ready to leave just yet. Portia suggested staying for just one more song, but it doesn’t look like either one of them will want to leave after that either.
“The truth is…I don’t want to,” Curtis says excitedly in Monday’s preview video. Curtis might be talking about not wanting to leave since they’re having such a wonderful time. However, Curtis may also repeat his desire to move away from the PI business.
It turns out Curtis will be feeling inspired once this night winds down. Curtis will decide it might be fun to buy this nightclub, so Portia should support the idea if it’ll make him happy.
Next, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will hope to make Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) happy, too – and that means giving her a real gift instead of the disgusting one she just received.
Someone mysterious sent Ava a dead roach, so Nikolas has vowed to find out who the culprit is. In the meantime, Nikolas will hand over another box for Ava to open. “I certainly hope this one is from you,” Ava says in Monday’s promo.
Nikolas will insist that it is – and there’ll be a lovely bracelet inside for Ava to open and perhaps try on.
Nikolas will manage to salvage the romantic nature of the night, but he’ll still worry about that dead roach and who’s behind it. General Hospital spoilers say Nikolas’ top suspect will be Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), but he’ll struggle to figure out how Ryan could’ve pulled it off with locked-in syndrome.
GH fans will remember that Ava put Ryan to the test by digging her fingernails into him. Ava suggested that Ryan was either telling the truth or had developed masochistic strength. Viewers could tell Ryan was faking his condition, but Nikolas is still wrong in this case since somebody else is likely behind this.
There’s a good chance Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) sent Ava the roach based on some hints we’re hearing and other upcoming General Hospital spoilers. For now, Nikolas will hope he can score Ryan proof and will promise to protect Ava no matter what.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will give Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) another pep talk. Liz has already been insisting that they’re going to live a long and happy life together.
On Monday, Elizabeth will continue that theme and insist that two years is just the beginning for them.
However, it seems Franco may want Liz to be realistic and accept that time may not be on his side. As for Cameron Webber (William Lipton), he’ll look in the mirror and tell himself that he has to do this.
It turns out “this” will be shaving his head in solidarity with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), who’s now facing some hair loss.
Cameron will want to show Franco that they’re in this together, so Franco will appreciate the gesture once Cam’s hairless. Meanwhile, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will finally drop TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) off for his commitment ceremony.
There were plenty of delays that kept TJ from making it on time, but Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) bribed the clerk to make sure she stuck around.
On Monday, Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will ask if TJ’s ready – and he’ll indeed be prepared to commit to Molly, who he considers his true love.
General Hospital spoilers say Molly and TJ will excitedly express their commitment and officially become domestic partners, so it’ll be a great way to put the past behind them and look to the future.
Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), it seems they won’t want their night to end. “Where you would you like to go?” Chase asks in Monday’s GH preview clip.
Chase and Willow will spend a little more time together while Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) grows closer to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
“What did you have in mind?” Sasha asks as she flashes a steamy look in Monday’s promo. There’ll be some flirty fun between Michael and Sasha, so this night will culminate with Michael leaning in for a kiss.
At exactly the wrong moment, Chase will bring Willow back to the Quartermaine mansion, so there’ll be some awkwardness as Sasha and Michael’s lip lock is thwarted. Later, Willow will join Michael in watching a movie, so she’ll end this Valentine’s Day with her former husband.
Across town, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will help Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) deliver Valentine’s Day treat bags and push her to open up later. “I don’t think that’s why you’re doing it,” Jason says in Monday’s preview clip.
Jason may feel like Britt’s desire to take down Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is about more than protecting GH.
Will Britt confess about her hand tremors and health worries? Britt could really use someone to confide in – and Jason knows how to keep a secret. Whether Britt comes clean or not, it seems she’ll let her guard down a bit more and grow closer to Jason as a result.
