General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, March 29, tease that Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will give Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) updates on her visit with Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews). Trina will be hopeful about Taggert changing his plea and finally scoring his freedom, but Portia should have questions.
Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will admit to Portia and Trina that the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) situation has changed, so she may fill them in on how Cyrus doesn’t have as much power with Florence Grey (Annie Abbott) stashed somewhere.
Later, Trina will corner Taggert ahead of his day in court. She’ll beg her dad to tell her that he decided to change his plea, so we’ll see what Taggert decides. GH fans know Taggert adores Trina, so he may decide to do what she’s asking and plead not guilty.
That could lead to Taggert eventually getting a sympathetic judge and jury, so it’d be good news in Trina’s book. Meanwhile, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will apparently be brimming with ideas about Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) new nightclub.
Perhaps Cam will prove helpful about plans for live music and other entertainment choices to give business a boost.
“You don’t work for me, man. Right?” Curtis points out in Monday’s GH preview video. Cameron will grin and potentially score himself a new job. Maybe Cam will become some sort of music coordinator for Curtis or something along those lines. Anything that keeps Cameron out of trouble will be great for him right now.
Unfortunately, Cameron will still end up making some bad decisions and causing issues later this week. Until then, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will speak with someone over the phone about how “it’s probably not a good idea.”
That may be Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) or someone else close to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pushing him to come talk to her. Finn may not think he’s in the right frame of mind to be dishing out of advice since he’s got his own problems to contend with.
Nevertheless, Finn and Diane will indeed meet with Alexis as they work to change her mind. Alexis intends to enter a guilty plea and face the music when it comes to the incident with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Alexis could be headed to prison for quite some time if Finn and Diane can’t talk her out of this.
General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will stick to her plan and hope it helps her get her life together, but she’s got a tough road ahead of her. As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll snap at someone for being late.
Anna summoned another character to talk on Friday – and it looks like that character will be revealed as Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) on Monday, March 29.
We also know Anna and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have an important conversation coming up, but Carly will finish her current visit with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) first.
Carly and Jason will discuss Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) being the witness Cyrus arranged for. It’ll lead to Carly filling Jason in on Cyrus’ deal and how Gladys will recant if Florence goes free.
“She’s only useful if she’s telling the truth,” Jason warns Carly in Monday’s GH preview clip. Perhaps Jason will worry that Cyrus will go back on his word and tell Gladys to stick to her false story.
There’s no guarantee Jason will score his freedom if Cyrus’ mother is returned, so they have to be careful about giving up their leverage.
However, Carly may argue that if Jason has a better idea, then she’s all ears. Right now, this seems like the best path to getting Jason out of this mess. Of course, that could change once Carly meets with Anna.
Carly and Anna will team up against Peter August (Wes Ramsey), so maybe they can prove Jason was framed and that Peter actually killed Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).
It’ll take some time and work to make that happen, so there could be some danger until this plan comes together. Robert will be both concerned and curious about what Anna has up her sleeve.
Cyrus just found Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) blowing out the candle on the belated birthday cake Laura Collins (Genie Francis) got him and asked what his brother wished for.
Martin and Laura won’t be pleased when Cyrus sits down at their table, but he’ll insist he also has something to celebrate. Perhaps Cyrus will make a cryptic comment about how he’s certain his mother will be home soon.
At GH, Peter will catch Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) off guard when he insists he wants to take responsibility for Franco’s death. Liz won’t understand, but Peter won’t be admitting he killed Franco.
This will probably just involve an apology about the article in The Invader and a comment about how it must’ve driven Jason to finally pull the trigger.
Peter will be pressing his luck here, but we all know how bold he can be! Somebody needs to take this smug villain down – and plenty of people will be working on it.
General Hospital spoilers say the excitement will rev up in Port Charles as Peter’s downfall draws closer. CDL will have other fantastic General Hospital spoilers, updates and news for you, so make us your hotspot.
