General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, May 10, tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will get on the phone and push someone to trust her. That’ll probably involve another phone call to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) since they still need to nail down “Plan C.”
Now that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is on the run with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), that leaves Maxie and Brook Lynn without a trusted OB-GYN to help them.
To further complicate matters, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) clearly has a twisted agenda when it comes to the live-in nurse Maxie has chosen.
Nevertheless, Maxie will at least get an offer of assistance from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), who’ll be all in on helping with anything Maxie needs. Maxie will have to decide how much to reveal to Sam and what role she can play in the scheme moving forward.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will share a sweet moment with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). Olivia will smile as Ned suggests it kind of feels like a new chapter.
When Brook Lynn gets updates on this conversation, she’ll be hopeful that Ned and Olivia can truly work things out.
As for Peter, he’ll have a tense encounter with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) at the Metro Court. Peter will seem way too confident for Cyrus’ taste, so Cyrus will offer a warning. “Dropping your guard is a monumental mistake,” Cyrus insists in Monday’s GH preview video.
Of course, Peter probably won’t listen to Cyrus since he doesn’t listen to anyone else! As far as Peter’s concerned, he’s in total control. Peter will exert that control after Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) condition suddenly declines in Monday’s General Hospital episode.
Chase will desperately need another dose of the antidote, so Peter will mess with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and make her think he might withhold it. Peter will force Anna to beg and will love every minute of it, but she’ll eventually get the dose and rush it to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
In Nixon Falls, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will express confusion over Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) actions. “I do!” Nina explains in Monday’s GH preview clip. “But not for the reason you think.”
Perhaps Nina will offer an excuse to create a romantic roadblock – at least for as long as she can stand it.
There’s also a chance this ties in with Nina’s upcoming Elijah Crowe (Dan White) date, so we’ll see what explanation she offers “Mike” soon enough.
Back in Port Charles, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will feel powerless. She talks a good game and knows she has to step up for Sonny, but that doesn’t mean Carly isn’t terrified about the future.
Carly will think the blunders of the recent past are her fault as well, so she’ll take responsibility in her next conversation with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Joss will no doubt bring up Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) confession about almost being the one to shoot Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). It’ll leave Carly reflecting on the mess as she insists everything that happened is on her.
As for Jason, he’ll find a new hideout with Britt. General Hospital spoilers say Britt and Jason will hole themselves up in a barn that’s on a Cassadine property. It’ll give Jason and Britt somewhere to stay temporarily – along with a new location to bicker at.
Britt will feel overwhelmed by the whole situation and won’t think Jason’s really listening to her concerns. GH fans can expect Britt to decide she’s had enough. “I can’t do this! I’m out!” Britt declares in Monday’s General Hospital preview video.
Britt will indeed storm out of the barn, but she’ll return soon after and admit she can’t abandon Jason like this.
General Hospital spoilers say there’ll be some touching moments once Britt recommits to helping Jason and changes his bandages. CDL will have other hot General Hospital spoilers, updates and news for you, so be sure to stop by frequently.
