General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, September 27, teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will confess to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) make a pact. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will also get some shocking news, so viewers will be treated to plenty of excitement.
At Charlie’s Pub, Brook Lynn and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will meet for a faux Deception brainstorming session.
It’ll really just be an excuse to let Maxie see “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom), but this meeting will soon become quite important.
That’s because Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will show up and drop the bomb that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is alive!
Josslyn will also pick up on the fact that Maxie knows more than she’s letting on, so it looks like she’ll urge Maxie to spill any Nina knowledge to Carly.
Speaking of Nina, she’ll continue her confrontation with Sonny by his gravestone. Nina certainly has regrets, but she’s not willing to just forget about falling for “Mike.”
Sonny will confess that they were great together when he didn’t have his memory, but things have changed. He’ll want to close the door on his Nixon Falls romance and focus on his wife.
As for Carly and Jason, they’ll worry about how Sonny would react if he knew they genuinely fell in love.
Jason will feel like Sonny could be pushed over the edge if he knew and won’t think it’s necessary to come clean.
Carly and Jason will resolve to keep their true feelings between them, but Sonny will likely find out anyway down the road.
Until then, Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) knife attack will end with her losing all her cushy privileges.
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will banish Obrecht to that terrible prison Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been stuck in all this time.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be busy looking into the Nurse Chloe Jennings (Phoebe Kuhlman) situation in Crete.
They’ll take a trip to the medical facility at the U.S. Consulate, but will Chloe be able to answer questions?
Chloe could easily be comatose since she was struggling to stay conscious the last time GH fans got updates.
Back in Port Charles, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will sense that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) could use some help in the romance department.
After Chase quizzes Finn and sees that his brother has feelings for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), he’ll have some words of wisdom to offer.
Liz will feel like maybe she read the signals wrong and will confide in Terry Randolph (Cassandra James).
Liz will fear that maybe their teamwork was more about friendship and a professional relationship – at least in Finn’s eyes.
However, Terry will give Liz the support she needs and perhaps remind her that she’s a real catch.
Terry will probably urge Liz to push for honesty and trust that Finn feels the same spark, even if he has a quirky way of showing it.
General Hospital spoilers say Liz and Finn will have to figure out what their future looks like, so stay tuned.
