General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will witness something startling – and soon after, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have to calm his growing anxiety.
Could it be that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will approach Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) for a little chat?
Peter knows Charlotte is Valentin’s weak spot, so he’d be smart to interact with her as part of his upcoming plan. Following this startling sight and moment of anxiousness from Valentin, GH spoilers say Peter will deliver a veiled threat that’s sure to make Valentin even more nervous.
There may be a good reason why Charlotte is suddenly back on screen. Valentin pointed out that he’d hired more security for Charlotte, so he clearly sees the potential for danger. It could be a hint about Peter ultimately kidnapping Charlotte once the walls really start closing in.
Of course, we have to consider someone else who could be in danger here – and that’s Violet Finn (Jophielle Love). Charlotte recently suggested the idea of a playdate with Violet, so Valentin promised to arrange one.
Could that playdate become a significant part of the story? Could Peter scoop both little girls up as hostages once he’s backed into a corner? Peter will indeed face a reckoning day at some point, so he’ll be desperate and in need of some leverage.
Snatching Violet and Charlotte might be something Peter considers down the road.
Then again, it’s also possible Peter will really go off the rails if Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) mysterious scheme involves faking her baby’s death. Peter may opt to steal Valentin’s daughter and Anna’s former stepdaughter as replacements.
Peter might consider it payback since Valentin delivered him to Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) as a baby.
As for Violet, Peter already formed a strong bond with her back in the days when they used to play make-believe together. Violet adored Peter – and he’ll no doubt be craving love from someone as this storyline moves along.
It’s easy to see why Peter might kidnap Violet, particularly since it would hurt Anna.
General Hospital spoilers this spring reveal that Anna and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will remain tied to each other in a legal way. Could this legal tie involve a kidnapping case that’s investigated by the PCPD?
It’d make sense as a strategy to keep Finn and Anna in each other’s orbits for a while.
Regardless, Peter remains a threat to Anna, Valentin and the people they hold most dear. Since Charlotte and Violet are two major vulnerabilities for Valentin and Anna, Peter might target them.
Whether it’s for leverage or some wild attempt to replace Baby Lou, we have reasons to worry about Violet and Charlotte’s safety!
