General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) could end up confused over an empty freezer discovery. Is the Peter August (Wes Ramsey) mystery about to deepen?
Of course, it’s possible Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) or someone else will indeed find Peter just where Liz and Finn left him. The pair stashed Peter down in the sub-basement lab of GH, where they placed his body in a freezer.
This story could be as simple as Peter’s corpse being discovered, but we wouldn’t be surprised if there was a big twist.
General Hospital writers might want to keep Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) baby plot going for a while.
If it becomes common knowledge that Peter is dead, there’s no reason for Maxie and Brook Lynn to keep up the charade of letting Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) live as “Bailey Quartermaine.”
With that in mind, it might be interesting if Finn and Liz discover an empty freezer soon. They might return to move the body out of fear that deceased Peter will be found – only to see that Peter is gone!
That might leave Liz and Finn wondering if someone moved the body or if Peter was somehow still alive when they stashed him there.
It’s even possible fans will see Anna open that freezer to find nothing. We know Anna will make a strange discovery in the coming episodes, which sounds different than the usual horrific or gruesome language that’d typically be used in a case like this.
Anna may be puzzled more than anything if there’s perhaps blood but no Peter.
Regardless, Wes Ramsey still hasn’t made a statement regarding Peter’s exit. That suggests there’s more to come – whether it involves the body being moved or Peter surviving against all odds.
