General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will get a special gift for Valentine’s Day – one that isn’t from her husband!
Naturally, Ava will be treated to a lovely dinner with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and will probably get a present from him as well. Nikolas and Ava will enjoy this chance to celebrate their real engagement and look forward to an official wedding.
Unfortunately, Ava and Nikolas’ blissful, romantic night will take a shocking turn. Based on some leaked casting sides, General Hospital spoilers hint that a waiter will hand off the gift we mentioned – a special delivery from someone mysterious.
At first, Ava will surely think Nikolas is spoiling her with another extravagant present, but he’ll have to admit this particular gift isn’t from him. There’ll also be a card that accompanies this gift if this leaked scene airs as expected.
Once Ava realizes Nikolas isn’t behind the delivery, she may grow concerned. This secret admirer could be quite dangerous – especially if Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) has found some way to send this present as a disturbing message to Ava.
GH fans know Ryan’s pretending to suffer from locked-in syndrome and is currently at a minimum-security facility. Ryan could easily have befriended someone who’s helping him out – some guard who was talked into offering assistance or perhaps a former inmate who scored his release.
In other words, Ryan might be keeping the charade going with most of the staff, but he could still have a secret helper who knows the truth about his condition.
Of course, it’s also possible someone like Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) will later be revealed as a surprise gift sender. Perhaps Spencer isn’t really coming around on the idea of “Nava” like Nikolas was hoping.
Nevertheless, this mysterious package and card seem more like a threat from Ryan. It just seems like the kind of thing Ryan would find a way to pull off. Ryan always enjoys putting a little fear in Ava’s heart and letting her know he’s still obsessed with her.
There may be something creepy inside this box along with an ominous message about what’s ahead. It could be Ryan’s signal that he’s coming for Ava and maybe Nikolas, too.
Although Ava probably won’t have any proof that this is from Ryan, that should be something she worries about once the gift arrives.
However, General Hospital spoilers say Nikolas will make a promise to Ava soon after this Valentine’s Day celebration turns terrifying. On February 16, Nikolas will vow to keep Ava safe.
Unfortunately, anything is possible whenever Ryan’s involved. There’s no guarantee that Ava and Nikolas will remain out of harm’s way indefinitely!
