General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will save kidnapper Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) from prison. Out of desperation, Scott will strike a freedom deal to rescue Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) from the awful nightmare she’s stuck in.
GH fans know Victor was behind Obrecht’s disappearance and was glad to have Scott thrown out of that plane, too.
That’s why it’ll catch Victor off guard when Scott shows up to see him and makes the prisoner an offer. Scott will be willing to put his own animosity toward Victor aside for Liesl’s sake.
All that really matters now is getting Obrecht back home where she belongs, so Scott will choose to focus on that.
Of course, that’ll please Victor since it means he’ll have a shark of an attorney on his side. There’s no one who’ll fight harder for Victor since Scott has the most to gain.
In exchange for any help Victor can offer on tracking Liesl down, Scott will support him in his bid for immunity.
Although Scott won’t be happy about Victor getting off scot-free, he’ll feel like he has to do whatever he has to do for a Liesl reunion.
Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will be stunned when he realizes Scott is taking the kidnapper’s case, but Scott will stick to his goal and hope it pays off.
General Hospital spoilers say Robert will deliver some shocking updates to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) later.
Valentin and Anna should reel once Scott indeed manages to score Victor’s freedom, but will Victor keep his end of the bargain?
Victor may not even have to lift a finger since the drama on Cassadine Island seems to be building to an explosive conclusion.
Obrecht will live to tell the tale and will be reunited with Scott down the road.
Scott’s deal may be for nothing if Victor’s help isn’t the reason for that reunion, but Scott may struggle to care once Liesl’s back in his arms where she belongs.
