General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, November 18 Update – Nina & Carly’s Wiley War – Jason’s Freedom Fight

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, November 18, teases that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will face a violent freedom fight while Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) go to war over Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Caleb and Kyler Ends). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also have new dad advice for Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), so let’s discuss what’s next.

At the hospital, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will smile and advise against a suggestion Brando makes.

Brando and Sasha will joke around as they look forward to welcoming their bundle of joy. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be on duty, so she might have a few motherly words of wisdom to share.

As the mother of three boys, Liz knows a thing or two about sons. “You have no idea,” Liz says with a grin in Thursday’s preview video. Perhaps Liz will offer a playful warning about what’s in store for Sasha since she’s having a son of her own.

Sonny will also do his best to guide Brando down the path of fatherhood. He’ll have a feeling Brando’s going to do a great job, but any dad-to-be could use a little reassurance.

Brando will get a pep talk and support Sasha through a difficult delivery, so they’ll welcome their baby boy soon enough.

On Cassadine Island, things will get pretty chaotic after Jason slips out of his restraints. He’ll jump the guard when it’s time to go upstairs, so Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) goon will get knocked to the floor while Jason runs out.

When Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has a strategy session with Liesl Obrecht (Kathlee Gati), she’ll ignore any potential consequences and insist they have to make a deadly move if they can.

Britt will feel like Peter needs to die ASAP, so she’ll want to kill him if the chance pops up.

Obrecht should be on board as long as no harm comes to her dear “Britta,” but Peter will have deadly plans of his own. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will go active again thanks to Peter’s tower card and code phrase.

Peter should unleash Drew on Jason while his escape attempt’s happening, so a fierce showdown’s brewing for the brothers. GH fans won’t want to miss everything that goes down ahead of Jason’s shocking exit!

Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will act like Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) suspicions are ridiculous.

Maxie will try to get a grip on her nervousness and pretend she’s not in any trouble with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) at all.

Austin will still think Maxie and Brook Lynn are up to something, but he won’t quite be sure what.

As for Brook Lynn, the jig will be up when it comes to the paternity secret she’s keeping from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has no intention of backing down this time, so she’ll once again alert Valentin to Brook Lynn’s scam.

It looks like Brook Lynn will show up and face pressure to come clean, so she may confess instead of letting Gladys blurt the truth out.

Whatever the case, Valentin should soon find out “Bailey Quartermaine” (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) isn’t really his child. In the town square, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will intervene when Carly objects to Nina hanging out with Wiley.

Grandma Carly doesn’t get to make choices about who Wiley sees – no matter how much she wants to.

Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) are the ones who get to make decisions about their son, but Carly may act like Willow’s going against Michael’s wishes.

Of course, Willow simply made a judgment call when they ran into Nina. It was easier to just let Wiley see Grandma Nina than to risk the heartbreak of dragging him away.

Willow should be able to decide what’s right for Wiley without Carly breathing down her neck or telling her it’s all wrong.

After Willow stands up to Carly, she’ll take Wiley home and leave the grandmas to battle it out.

Carly will reiterate that Nina needs to keep her distance and will wonder what it’s going to take, so Nina may fight back as usual.

We could see Nina twist the knife of Carly’s Nixon Falls pain if she gushes about how well she knew “Mike” there.

Even if Nina keeps the lid on her Sonny romance, she’ll make some hurtful comments and try to put Carly in her place.

Carly will let her emotions pour out once she reconvenes with Sonny, so stay tuned for some intense scenes.

General Hospital spoilers say Nina and Carly will remain at odds as we build to Nina’s pre-trial hearing in the coming weeks.
