General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, April 13 Recap – Willow’s Breakup Fails – Brook Lynn Bodyguard Drama, Valentin’s Warning

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, April 13, reveals that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) stopped by Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) new nightclub to admire the place and drop off a gift. It was a portable defibrillator since Curtis had mentioned wanting one to have on hand.

Talk turned to Curtis’ divorce and how he knew it was the right decision, but he still missed Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). Finn could relate since secrets broke up his own relationship with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) despite his lingering love for her.

At GH, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) showed up and ordered Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to get back in bed. Liesl wanted to check Maxie out herself, but Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) acted offended and intervened.

Maxie insisted she was going home and turned down Liesl’s offer to move in with her.

Obrecht worried that Maxie was shutting her out to leave the door open for Peter August (Wes Ramsey). She warned that Peter was nothing like Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and that Maxie couldn’t change who he was.

Maxie assured Liesl that she was horrified by Peter’s crimes, but she couldn’t close the door too quickly and had to do what was best for her children. As Britt tried to help Maxie with her stuff, her hand grew too shaky.

Britt dropped the bag, yelped and played it off like she hit her funny bone, but Maxie worried about her once they were alone. Britt insisted she was fine, so Maxie thought that was good since she couldn’t pull off any of this without her.

At Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) apartment, he opened the door to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Brook Lynn thought Chase looked awful and found out he wasn’t feeling the greatest, but she hoped she could stick around anyway.

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero was driving Brook Lynn crazy at the Quartermaine mansion – and Brook Lynn really needed a friend.

Chase talked to Brook Lynn about getting things back on track with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), but Brook Lynn looked uneasy as she flashed to Willow’s interest in the outcome for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Matton).

Next, Brook Lynn alluded to getting caught up in things and not realizing the consequences until it was too late. Chase worried Brook Lynn might be in some type of trouble and wanted to help.

At Anna’s place, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) watched over Peter August (Wes Ramsey) in the basement while Anna went to check on her loved ones. Valentin made calls to ensure Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) safety and then got Brook Lynn’s voicemail.

Peter taunted Valentin about not being able to get in touch and bragged about his insurance policy. Valentin grabbed Peter by the head and pointed out that if anyone he loved was harmed, then it’d be a death warrant!

Nevertheless, Peter was adamant that if he stayed put, someone would die. Letting Peter go free was the only way to stop or at least pause his plot.

At the Quartermaine gatehouse on Tuesday’s General Hospital episode, Willow loved Michael’s idea of moving in with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).

Michael and Willow gushed over their future, but Willow admitted she felt bad for Chase. Michael offered to serve as backup, but Willow felt that’d make matters worse and knew she had to talk to Chase alone.

Back at Chase’s apartment, a burly guy named Yuri knocked on the door and barged in once it was opened. It was Brook Lynn’s bodyguard, so he handed her a phone and let Valentin scold BLQ for being unreachable.

Brook Lynn was equally irritated about Yuri and being followed by “The Incredible Hulk.” As Valentin offered a cryptic warning, Brook Lynn worried about the danger. However, Valentin downplayed it and just needed Brook Lynn to take his calls from now on.

Anna ended up at the nightclub, where she confirmed Finn was fine and found out about Chase battling food poisoning after their family dinner. This news left Anna looking deeply troubled.

Across town, Peter told Valentin that time was of the essence and warned that he should be set free before it was too late.

While Michael sweetly talked to Wiley about being making a family home with Mommy, Willow stopped by Chase’s place. Brook Lynn headed out – and Willow admitted she needed to talk to Chase. Before Willow could break up with him, Chase suddenly collapsed on the floor.

At GH again, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) gave Jordan the heads-up on Marcus Taggert (Asante Jones) knowing that she cheated with Curtis. Although Portia didn’t think Taggert would say anything, she wanted to let Jordan know.

Jordan appreciated that, but she confessed things weren’t going to work out with Curtis. Portia was sorry once she got updates on the divorce, but Jordan and Portia established that they could be friends.
