General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, April 6 Recap – Brook Lynn’s Baby Tumble – Cyrus Threatens Alexis Life

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, April 6, reveals that awkwardness ensued after Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) realized they’d been caught nearly kissing.

After Willow got flustered and decided to make herself scarce, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) got confirmation that she indeed walked in on a moment. It wasn’t just Sasha’s imagination.

Michael confessed his feelings for Willow weren’t as resolved as he thought. He opened up about his marriage to Willow starting to feel like a real one – and it wasn’t just about sleeping with her.

They built a life together for a while, so Michael argued he couldn’t just turn off his feelings because they signed some legal documents.

Sasha and Michael acknowledged that maybe they were taking things slow because they hoped their feelings for each other would return. However, they also acknowledged that if it hadn’t happened by now, maybe those feelings weren’t coming back.

Sasha wasn’t sure how to say goodbye to Michael. Despite Michael’s initial anger over the fake affair, he admitted he was also moved and grateful.

Michael would never forget what Sasha did to make sure he got custody of Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).

Meanwhile, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) convinced Willow to confide in her as well. She wondered if Sasha and Michael were making up or breaking up in there.

Willow seemed uncertain of where things stood, though she pointed out she was trying to figure out her relationship with Harrison Case (Josh Swickard).

Brook Lynn wondered why Willow was so concerned with what was happening in the den then. After Brook Lynn reflected on finding out about the fake affair, she pointed out that she sent Chase to talk to Willow right away.

Willow noted that Chase found her all right! She flashed back to sleeping with Michael just before Chase showed up and felt everything had changed by then.

At the Metro Court, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) got off the phone with his guy and told Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) calls indeed went to an untraceable burner phone.

There was no way to link Gladys’ interactions to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Carly ended up snapping at Valentin, who made a smart remark about Carly hiding the truth about Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Carly wondered if Valentin wanted her to pretend she was sorry about Nelle’s fate or help him get Nina back. If it was the latter, Carly argued she could put it on her to-do list after they exonerated Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Valentin sensed a new side of Carly that he hadn’t seen before – one that showed fear. However, Valentin didn’t think that was a bad thing since he knew fear could be a powerful motivator.

Valentin reflected on facing a gun for the first time and argued that fear helped him know to shoot first.

Later, Valentin showed up at the Quartermaine mansion and forced his way in. He insisted on making sure Brook Lynn and their unborn baby were protected through the private security detail he hired.

Brook Lynn insisted she was more than capable of taking care of herself. She yelled about how she didn’t take orders from Valentin before going to retrieve her phone.

Brook Lynn suddenly fell hard on her fake baby bump – leaving Valentin to panic and insist they had to get her to the hospital. Brook Lynn looked uneasy since her pretend pregnancy was suddenly in jeopardy!

At the gallery, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) read the note that came with Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) fake hand delivery. It said, “An offering for my goddess, may you always feel my hand in yours – Forever, R.”

Ava felt they both knew this must’ve come from Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), but Kevin wasn’t so sure considering Ryan could only blink. Ava pointed out that Ryan could’ve had help, but Kevin still wasn’t convinced.

Ryan brought up the fact that Ava and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) must have a lot of enemies.

After Chase showed up to get all the facts, Kevin urged him not to get too stuck on Ryan as the only possible culprit. Over with Nikolas, he wondered if Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was threatening his family.

Cyrus went on to suggest that if he got his mother back, then he’d ensure Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was protected during her upcoming stint at Pentonville.

Nikolas got the picture and realized Alexis would be a target if he didn’t do what Cyrus wanted. After Cyrus left, Laura was appalled over the thought of Nikolas actually agreeing to work for Cyrus.

However, Nikolas was concerned for Alexis and warned he didn’t want it on his conscience if something happened to her.

Kevin was reluctant to leave Ava at the gallery alone, so he offered to accompany her on the launch. Ava declined and pulled a gun out of her purse to prove she always carried protection.

Nikolas met up with Ava and admitted they were in trouble, so Ava said she knew. They both had news, but Ava pushed Nikolas to go first – and he admitted it was about Alexis.

Back with Cyrus, he caught Carly trying to arrange a visit with Jason over the phone and offered to help. Carly bickered with Cyrus briefly before he started to walk away, so Carly wondered if he was really giving up so easily.

Cyrus pointed out that he had other options. He made some ominous comments about how Carly had no reason to be afraid with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason out of the picture.

Cyrus argued that Carly and her children were free from the violence surrounding Jason and Sonny, but Carly seemed nervous as Cyrus sauntered out.

Back with Laura, she returned to Kevin and got updates on Ava’s special delivery. Kevin felt someone was messing with Ava’s head. Laura reeled as she thought back on Cyrus insisting if blood ran in the streets, it’d be on her hands. Laura feared this was the beginning.

At Alexis’ place, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) showed up to support her mom. A gruff prison consultant named Irene Morton also arrived to help Alexis prepare for her sentence.

Alexis tried to crack jokes, but Irene insisted she should lose the sense of humor. It was important for Alexis’ safety behind bars.

Irene also wanted Alexis to work with a personal trainer and get in a couple of boxing lessons so she’d know how to defend herself. Sam objected to Irene making everything sound like the worst-case scenario and eventually got a moment alone with her mother.

Alexis was fearful, but she insisted the guilty plea was her choice to make, not Sam’s. Sam argued that she thought Alexis made the wrong choice.

Alexis stepped outside to speak with Irene, who opened up about her own time behind bars and urged Alexis to find a purpose while she was there. It would get Alexis through the next three years.

When Alexis returned to Sam on Tuesday’s General Hospital episode, she admitted she couldn’t survive prison if her daughters weren’t OK on the outside. Sam reassured Alexis that she’d be all right along with her sisters and gave her mom a comforting hug.
