General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, January 26, tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will get a chance to vent about his problems with Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry).
Curtis is fed up with all the secrets Jordan tends to keep from him and just can’t take it anymore. After Curtis unloads all his frustration on Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she’ll want to help.
Portia isn’t a big fan of Jordan’s since she kept Marcus Taggert’s (Réal Andrews) faked death under wraps, but she won’t want Curtis to throw away his marriage if it might still be salvageable. General Hospital spoilers say Portia will ask some tough questions and try to help Curtis figure things out.
As for Jordan, she’ll meet up with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for a bonding session. It turns out Anna will be hoping for some words of wisdom, but Jordan may not think she’s the best person to ask.
Perhaps Jordan will argue that her judgment clearly isn’t the greatest these days, but Anna will probably cut her some slack.
It’s not like Jordan lied for fun; there were lives on the line – including Portia and Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla). Even so, Jordan withheld crucial information from Curtis for months.
Anna should understand that more than Jordan knows since Anna’s also keeping a huge secret from Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
Anna had the perfect opportunity to come clean since Finn told Anna the truth about sleeping with Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) all those years ago.
It would’ve been the ideal moment for Anna to confess the confirmation of Alex Devane-Marick (Finola Hughes) being Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) mother
Nevertheless, Anna chose to stay tight-lipped about that and may pay the price for her silence down the road. In the meantime, General Hospital spoilers say Finn will have a tense conversation with Jackie.
Finn will wonder if Jackie told him the truth when she claimed the timing was off for him to be Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) father.
After all, the timing of Chase’s birthday and Jackie’s anniversary to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) should tell Finn what he needs to know. Since Finn slept with Jackie the night before her wedding to Gregory, some simple math should tell Finn whether Jackie’s claims add up or not.
Jackie might admit that she can’t know for sure, but she may not see what it matters after all these years. Chase was raised as Gregory’s son, so that’s his dad. Biology isn’t going to be Jackie’s main concern here.
Jackie won’t want to cause any more family drama, especially now that Finn’s starting to reconnect with Gregory. Not to mention this could damage Finn’s bond with Chase beyond repair.
Of course, Finn may argue that he’s not talking about blowing up the secret. He’ll just want to know the truth – and he’ll suspect Jackie might want to know for sure deep down. Finn might contend that they can carry out a paternity test without Gregory or Chase knowing.
If the results prove Finn is Chase’s brother, that’s great. Jackie and Finn can just forget it and move on. If the results prove Finn is Chase’s father, then at least Finn and Jackie won’t have to wonder anymore.
It seems likely Jackie’s going to have some serious reservations about this – and with good reason considering these paternity test results could fall into the wrong hands!
In the meantime, Chase will corner Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) again and confess he’s having second thoughts about that interview with his mom.
Chase may worry this could land Sasha in more hot water with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), but Sasha might stand by her decision to put her story out there – no matter the consequences.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will discuss their next steps. Now that Willow and Michael have signed the annulment papers, Willow will think it’s time to start thinking about moving out.
Michael will probably point out there’s no hurry. He’s fine with Willow staying as long as she wants – especially since Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) loves having Willow around. Nevertheless, Michael should also understand this is something Willow has to do.
They’re moving on from their marriage, so Willow has to find a different path – and so does Michael. He’ll start mulling over how to handle things with Sasha in Tuesday’s episode, so he should get some supportive words from Willow.
At Wyndemere, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will keep trying to distract Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). Bobbie tried a more civilized approach, but she’ll shift her strategy and attack Ava on Tuesday.
“You can NOT go after my daughter,” Bobbie warns in Tuesday’s GH preview clip. Bobbie will hope she can rile Ava up and keep her from noticing that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is still gone.
Carly was about to switch Avery Corinthos’ (Ava and Grace Scarola) necklace with a phony lookalike when she heard a noise. It looks like someone off screen just entered and caught Carly red-handed in Avery’s bedroom.
There’s a good chance that’ll be Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) – and you can bet he’s going to want some answers!
Carly will deal with this threat as best as she can, but Nikolas may still become a problem for her. Whether Carly lies or perhaps tells an altered version of the truth, Nikolas knows by now not to trust her.
As for Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), he’ll meet up with Carly and fill her in on the trouble Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has been making.
Fearful Carly may also divulge her run-in with Nikolas during the necklace swap attempt. “This is one complication too many Jax!” Carly insists in Tuesday’s GH preview video. Jax and Carly will do some bickering as they try to figure out what’s next, so stay tuned.
We’ll offer updates as other GH news becomes available. General Hospital spoilers say Carly will face Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) wrath sooner or later, so she’d better be ready! CDL’s your go-to source for fantastic General Hospital spoilers, news and updates, so drop by frequently.
