General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, July 6 – Chase’s Surprise Party – Jax & Britt’s Afterglow – Trina & Spencer Sparks Fly

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, July 6, tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will get a surprise party while Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) enjoy the bedroom afterglow. There’ll also be more sparks flying for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), but she’ll think she’s getting to know “Victor” instead.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will wonder what she did to provoke someone.

It may be Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) who makes a snarky comment or two – perhaps just because he’s dealing with some pent-up feelings for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Anna and Valentin nearly kissed when they were stuck at Austin’s (Roger Howarth) house, but they were interrupted before they could take that steamy step. However, Valentin will have another chance after he issues an invitation to Anna.

Anna will mention someone else being a little young for what he has in mind as he enjoys a flirty conversation with her.

They’ll end up playing around with some sparklers before Anna accidentally burns her finger. Valentin will kiss it to make it better – and then he’ll plant one on Anna’s lips, too!

Back with Brook Lynn, she’ll hit the roof when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) once again visits “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) without warning.

Maxie will insist she just can’t help herself, but Brook Lynn will argue that she offered a reasonable solution.

The plan was for Maxie to visit Louise at daycare without raising suspicions. Brook Lynn arranged a new job for herself at Deception just to make this easier for Maxie, but it won’t be good enough.

Maxie wants to be Louise’s mom all the time, so this secret scheme will become increasingly difficult to keep under wraps.

Nevertheless, Brook Lynn should remind Maxie that they’re doing this to ensure Louise’s safety and convince her to back off for now.

Across town, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will find Jake Webber (Hudson West) and push him to acknowledge the lingering tension.

Cam won’t want Jake pretending everything’s fine when it clearly isn’t.

Jake is still hurt over how stubborn Cameron was when he accused Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) of murdering Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

Cam said some horrible things that he can’t take back, but he can at least offer another apology and try to fix this.

Jake will be reluctant to accept Cameron’s apology at first, but maybe he just needs a chance to unload all his anger first.

Cameron has been wishing Jake would just explode at him and get it all out. Perhaps once Jake unleashes his wrath on Cam, he can get past the problems he has with his big brother.

Over with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll do shots with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and insist that isn’t going to be enough. Sam and Liz will end up burning something in a barrel down on the pier, but they’ll land in some trouble as a result!

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may come along to warn Liz and Sam that they can’t just be starting hazardous fires because they feel like it.

As for Trina, she’ll bump into “Victor” aka Spencer again. Spencer is deceiving Trina about his true identity AND the fact that he’s the one stalking Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West).

Even so, there’s obviously a bit of a spark going on – and it looks like it may lead to a swim as well as more bonding between them.

In Britt’s suite, she’ll bask in the afterglow of her hookup with Jax – though she’ll worry he only slept with her out of pity. Of course, that certainly didn’t seem to be the case!

Jax wanted that to happen just as much as Britt did, so he should offer plenty of reassurance. They’ll even decide to watch some fireworks together as their hot night continues.

Once Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) makes it home, she’ll learn there’s something important Jason and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) need to tell her.

Josslyn will reel over Carly and Jason’s impending marriage, so look for her to pummel them with plenty of questions.

At Charlie’s Pub, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will wheel Chase in for a surprise party. Chase will celebrate his release from the hospital and will remain determined to walk again.

GH fans know Chase’s goal is to walk down the aisle at his wedding do-over with Willow, but he doesn’t know she’s hiding her true feelings for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

That’ll continue to complicate things as Chase works toward his recovery. As other GH news rolls in, we’ll keep bringing you updates.

General Hospital spoilers say Chase is headed for heartbreak down the road, but he’ll cling to Willow like a life-preserver in the meantime.
