General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, March 23 Update – BLQ Baby Danger - Sonny’s Mystery Blonde Mixup – Ava Helps in Nina Hunt

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, March 23, teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be perplexed by Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) reaction.

Nina was coming back in for her passport right as Sonny was going out to give it to her. That led to an encounter that left Nina feeling like she’d just seen a ghost!

Sonny’s presumed dead back in Port Charles, but he’s very much alive and well in Nixon Falls. As Nina tries to wrap her head around the sight of Sonny at The Tan-O, Sonny should catch on and realize Nina knows him from somewhere.

“Mike” will also feel a spark of familiarity when it comes to Nina, so he’s probably going to take one look at her hair color and wonder if she’s the mystery blonde from his dreams. Nina will have to think fast and decide how she’s going to handle this tricky situation.

General Hospital spoilers say Nina will mull over her options and decide to come clean to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), but something will happen that changes her mind by midweek.

In the meantime, Carly and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will ask Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) how much she knows about Nina’s trip.

Ava won’t have any real information, but she might offer to call Nina and see what she can find out. Nina would be far more likely to answer Ava’s call than she would Jax or Carly’s.

Whatever the case, GH spoilers say Ava will indeed offer assistance in Tuesday’s show, so it makes sense that she’ll offer it to Carly and Jax.

If Carly gets on the line and snaps at Nina, that might be a reason for Nina to clam up about Sonny’s survival. One way or another, Nina will keep the fact that Sonny’s alive under wraps in the coming episodes.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will get the wrong idea about what Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) needs him to do. Martin will think Valentin wants nothing to do with Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) baby.

Martin will apparently offer to wiggle Valentin out of taking responsibility, but Valentin will have no intention of walking away from his kid. He’ll make it clear that he wants to fight for custody rights with Martin backing him up.

Of course, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) just figured out the angle Brook Lynn must be working. It appears Brook Lynn doesn’t really intend to keep Valentin out of the picture. Brook Lynn just needs Valentin to think that’s what she’s doing!

This will give Brook Lynn a baby bargaining chip she can use to get ELQ back. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is bound to warn about the risks, especially considering Valentin is part of this battle.

Valentin can be one slippery character – and it’s never a good idea to mix babies with business anyway.

Even Ned might have some concerns once he really thinks about it. Nevertheless, Brook Lynn will be set on this as a great plan that’ll work out well for everyone involved. We’ll see if Brook Lynn regrets playing this dangerous game down the road!

At Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) house, she’ll get some words of comfort when Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) shows up. On Tuesday, Finn will want to be there for Liz as she copes with losing Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

Elizabeth will also bond with Finn over his public paternity drama with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and how many lives it’s blown up.

Since Finn just split from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), he’ll no doubt be worried about Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) adjusting to the news, too. This will bring a nice moment of connection for Liz and Finn as they fret over their kids and the future.

As for Cameron Webber (William Lipton), he’ll do something that surprises Laura Webber (Genie Francis). Since Cameron will concentrate on making sure Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) pays, Laura will be alarmed and may push Cam to dial it down.

It won’t do Cameron’s family any good if he lets his vengeful desires take over.

Sadly, Cameron will land in some big trouble once next week rolls around – and it’ll lead to major complaints from both Liz and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

Until then, let’s talk about Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and her goal of making amends. Trina will go to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) in Tuesday’s show and apologize for blaming him for Marcus Taggert’s (Réal Andrews) demise.

Now that Trina knows Taggert is alive, her thoughts are no longer clouded by grief. Trina’s looking at the situation with fresh eyes and knows it wasn’t fair to hold Curtis partially responsible for her dad’s “death.”

After Trina tells Curtis she’s sorry, all will be forgiven. Curtis isn’t the kind of guy to hold a grudge against a struggling teenager – and he’ll be able to relate to Trina since they were both lied to by Taggert and Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry).

Curtis will also insist he has Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to thank for something. That might be Trina’s attitude adjustment, but it could also be the new nightclub path that Curtis has chosen.

Portia seems to bring out a side of Curtis that’s willing to embrace the new and interesting, so he may think she’s the reason for this exciting journey.

General Hospital spoilers say Curtis and Portia seem poised to fall hard for each other in the weeks ahead. Jordan may have to watch as Curtis moves on with his ex! We’ll provide updates as other GH info becomes available.
