General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, October 26 Recap – Liz Rips Up Dad’s Photo – Violet Wants to Meet Grandpa Jeff

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 26, reveals that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) ripped up her dad’s photo after Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) expressed a desire to meet Grandpa Jeff Webber. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) was also forced to grovel to Cameron Webber (William Lipton), so here’s how it all played out on Tuesday’s GH episode.

At Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) new apartment, Liz and Aiden Spencer “Enzo De Angelis) offered up some housewarming gifts.

Violet was excited about the throw pillows and kitchen utensils, but she was most intrigued by the family photos Aiden showed her.

Violet saw one of Liz when she was a little girl and learned the man in the photo was Liz’s dad. When Violet realized that was Hayden Barnes’ (Rebecca Budig) dad too, she wanted to meet her grandpa.

Liz insisted that Grandpa Jeff was a busy man who lived far away – and soon after, Violet got distracted in the kitchen with Aiden.

Finn was sorry about all the questions, but Liz just hated that she didn’t have better answers for Violet.

When Finn wondered why she didn’t, Liz talked about how she wasn’t close to her father and hadn’t been in a long time. Later, Liz gazed at that old photo with Jeff before ripping it up.

At Kelly’s, Spencer nixed all Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) job ideas before calling Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to see if she could help him out.

Britt was out of the country, but Cameron noted that they were down a server now that he’d been promoted to assistant manager.

Spencer initially turned down the job, but Esme reminded him he couldn’t afford to be so choosy.

In the end, Spencer groveled for the position – and Cameron seemed delighted over the prospect of training Spencer as their newest waiter.

Next, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) sought Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) help since Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) was refusing to accept their shared concerns about Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda).

Austin snarked that what Ned really needed was a marriage counselor and wasn’t happy about Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) scheming – especially since Ned did nothing to stand up for him.

In the end, Austin offered a specialist’s info and urged Ned to get Olivia on board since Leo’s future depended on it.

At the Metro Court, Brook Lynn told Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) how she got the upper hand on Austin.

Chase didn’t approve of the manipulative strategy and thought Austin was a good guy at heart, but Brook Lynn complained about him declaring war after her bold move.

Meanwhile, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) kissed her phone since she’d scored such amazing leverage over Brook Lynn with that recorded confession. She charged some expensive things online to Brook Lynn’s account and refused to reimburse her when confronted.

Gladys insisted she’d be taking a mental health day tomorrow and warned that Brook Lynn wouldn’t fire her – not unless she wanted her secret revealed.

Brook Lynn doubted that Gladys had anything, but Gladys played the phone recording of BLQ admitting “Bailey Quartermaine” (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) wasn’t Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) daughter.

At the Port Charles Grill, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) got updates on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) having Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) arrested behind Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) back.

Sasha advised Willow to tell Michael how she really felt and focus on the love between them.

At the courthouse, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) appeared right as Michael wrapped up a call with DA Sheridan (David Jahn).

Carly supported Michael’s big move against Nina, but Sonny admitted he had a problem with it. He felt Nina was sorry for her actions and said he just wanted to put the Nixon Falls drama behind him.

When faced with concerns about the donation looking like a bribe, Michael insisted it was all done legally. He wanted Sonny to see that Nina was the only one who did anything wrong here.

General Hospital spoilers say Michael’s revenge could lead to more trouble than he bargained for, so stay tuned.
