General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, September 14, tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will desperately need Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to be her hero while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Nurse Chloe Jennings (Phoebe Kuhlman) carry out an escape scheme. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will also slam Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), so here’s what to expect on Tuesday’s show.
For starters, Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) will give Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) another warning. She already told Alexis about Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) being a troublemaker that Spencer needed to steer clear of.
Harmony will soon reiterate that she knows trouble when she sees it – and Esme is indeed trouble!
Harmony will also open up about her past mistakes and bond with Alexis, who’s made plenty of her own. Alexis will talk about something that won’t be forgiven or forgotten, but all she can do is move forward just like Harmony.
These two will become intriguing allies, which will end up being quite helpful against scheming Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) this fall.
As for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll head to the batting cages with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Falconeri).
It should serve as a nice distraction from all the stress of the Drew case – and it’ll keep Sam’s mind off Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) wedding to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
Although Sam isn’t sitting around pining for Jason, she’d no doubt rather focus on something else right now. Dante will come through with some batting cage fun and will come up with another reason for the two of them to celebrate.
At the Metro Court, Josslyn will blast Spencer for roping Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) into lying for him. After Joss rants about Spencer’s fake identity, she’ll question him about pushing Trina to keep his “Victor” secret.
Spencer will defend his actions as best as he can, but Josslyn won’t be pleased at all – especially since Trina crushed hard and got hurt.
In the foreign prison Drew’s stuck in, he’ll score an escape opportunity.
It looks like Drew may set a trap with Nurse Chloe’s help that allows him to overpower a guard. “What do we do now?” Chloe asks in Tuesday’s preview video. “We get the hell out of here,” Drew replies.
Drew and Chloe will indeed try to make a quick getaway, but things are bound to go awry!
In the meantime, let’s talk about the chaos happening in Nixon Falls. Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has just insisted that Nina and Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) aren’t leaving The Tan-O, but an unexpected visitor will join the action.
“I thought she’d never leave,” Peter declares in Tuesday’s preview clip. We know Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are on their way to Nixon Falls, but it’s doubtful Peter would let Anna go under the circumstances.
It might be someone Phyllis knows instead, but Nina and Phyllis will land in more danger regardless.
GH’s weekly promo shows a massive fire at The Tan-O, so Peter will restrain his hostages and prepare to set the blaze soon enough.
As for Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), he’ll find “Mike” aka Sonny and get into another argument with him.
Jax will make it clear that the truth is going to come out, but Sonny will think it sounds like a threat. He won’t appreciate Jax’s tone or attitude, so there’ll be more hostility before Sonny heads back to the bar.
Sonny will make a terrible discovery by midweek, so Tuesday’s cliffhanger could involve finding Nina and Phyllis in grave danger! We’ll keep you in the loop as other GH news and updates emerge.
