General Hospital Spoilers Update: Friday, June 11 – Chase Proposes to Willow – Anna Clings to Peter Hope – Spinelli Helps Maxie

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, June 11, teases that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will propose to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) while Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) clings to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) hope. Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will also help Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), so here’s what viewers can look forward to.

For starters, Anna will suggest that Peter could still be captured and forced to hand over more antidote vials. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) obviously won’t have faith in that strategy since she helped Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) cover up Peter’s death.

Liz will fear Chase’s options are gone – and his time will certainly be dwindling at GH. Finn will have to confess that as well as he opens up to Chase by his hospital bed. Finn still won’t understand why the cure didn’t work and will acknowledge it was his best effort.

Since that cure didn’t work, Finn won’t know what else to do. Chase won’t hold it against Finn and will start to accept that death is imminent. That’ll leave Chase ready to say his goodbyes and get a final wish granted.

Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will spend some time with Chase as they mull over the possibility of losing him forever.

As for Willow, she’ll talk to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) impending return as they try to trust that Wiley Quartemaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) grandma can behave this time.

Afterward, Willow will turn her attention back to Chase. She’ll hate what Chase is going through and will promise something – perhaps to see Chase through this no matter what. Chase may take that promise to heart since we know he’ll soon ask Willow to marry him!

Willow will agree to Chase’s marriage proposal at some point in the next couple episodes, so this will set up a dilemma down the road. Finn’s going to find a cure using Gregory’s DNA eventually, so Willow may live to regret her choice.

In the meantime, Spinelli will come to Maxie’s aid as she struggles to get through a tough discussion. Whether that discussion is with someone else or Spinelli himself, Maxie will appreciate the help.

However, it looks like Spinelli will want to rehash some problems that Maxie would rather not get into. Maxie will be agitated over this fake kidnapping and the ruse she’s having to keep up, so she’ll push Spinelli to put the past to rest and move forward.

As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll be one proud papa when he sees Nina. General Hospital spoilers say Nina’s eyes will widen as Valentin offers an introduction to his daughter, “Bailey Louis Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom).

Of course, Valentin has been duped by Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), but she’ll continue to keep him in the dark on Friday. After Valentin shows off his new bundle of joy to Nina, she may sense that Valentin has really started to connect with his “baby mama.”

Brook Lynn and Valentin will share some warm moments as that connection strengthens even further, so it’ll be interesting to see where this leads. Over with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), he’ll get interrogated and put on full blast.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will apparently figure out Jax must’ve threatened Michael into relenting on Nina’s Wiley visitation.

Jax will rush to his own defense, but Carly will think he’s doing this for selfish motives. There’s no denying that Jax would like another shot with Nina, so Carly will suspect that’s what this is really about.

We’ll offer updates as other GH news becomes available. General Hospital spoilers say Jax will remain on the bad side of the Corinthos clan for a while, but it’ll be worth it once he sees Nina happy with Wiley.
