General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, June 4, teases that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will meet Baby “Bailey Lois Quartermaine” while Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) apparent blunder worries Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will also have a mission for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), so there’ll be a lot going on in Friday’s action-packed show.
At Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) house, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) will offer some words of caution to Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). He’ll want Jordan to wait on making any sudden moves and just let Laura Collins (Genie Francis) keep doing what she’s doing.
It’s clear that Laura’s affecting Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) emotionally, so she’s hoping she can keep at it and convince him to turn himself in.
Of course, Cyrus isn’t interested in going back to Pentonville. He doesn’t want to get locked up while Laura goes back to her life as usual.
That’s why Cyrus has insisted that their fates are connected. The only way Laura survives is if Cyrus walks out of there a free man – at least that’s his stance so far!
Cyrus will get angry during further hostage negotiations over the phone. He’ll snap that whatever happens to him, happens to Laura as well.
Laura will fear for her life, but she’ll keep doing her part to deescalate the situation. As for Trina, she’ll get a special mission to carry out. Curtis will have a task for Trina to accomplish, but it obviously won’t be anything too dangerous.
No matter what Curtis has in mind, Trina will be willing to step up however she can.
Laura’s supposed to say “Florence” if the danger spirals out of control. That’ll be the signal for Jordan’s team to rush in and deal with Cyrus. Naturally, Florence wasn’t the best word to pick since Laura’s using Cyrus’ mother to tug at his heartstrings.
Laura wants Cyrus to be the person his mom once viewed him as and thought he could be.
Since Curtis advised Laura not to mess up and say the code word accidentally, that could be a hint that a mistake will indeed happen. Regardless, Laura seems poised to say “Florence” and could perhaps spark another shootout soon enough.
In lockup, Jason will receive a visit from Carly, who’ll be hopeful about his looming release now that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has recanted her statement.
Gladys cleared Jason’s name and pointed the finger at Peter August (Wes Ramsey), so Jason should be free before long.
However, there’ll be some issue that Jason’s uneasy about in Friday’s GH episode. Carly will worry that Jason disapproves of a move she’s made. Could Carly send someone in Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) direction or something along those lines?
Jason may not want Britt back in Port Charles until he can be absolutely sure Cyrus will be apprehended or dead.
Regardless, Britt will indeed return to PC in the near future. Someone will find Britt at the lighthouse in Canada on Friday, so who’s it going to be?
Will Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) reunite with dear Britta or will it be someone else who reconnects with Britt instead? Britt will be taken aback over a shocking arrival that pleases her on Friday’s episode, so be sure to stay tuned.
In the meantime, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will remain fed up with Carly turning into a mob queen and letting all this danger get so close to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Jax will voice his frustration to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and plan to make some bold moves. Look for Jax to play hardball and take charge of the situation in the coming episodes.
As for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), she’ll return to the Quartermaine gatehouse with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and prepare to make love to him.
Willow and Michael know Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is still in bad shape, but denying what they won’t in private isn’t helping him.
There’ll be some close, passionate moments as Michael and Willow let their desires take control. As for Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), he’ll pretend he doesn’t know what happened to Peter and try to focus on saving Chase.
Finn will promise Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that Peter’s gone and won’t be back to bother her.
Maxie may not be so sure, but Finn and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will feel confident since they believe Peter’s dead. Whether Peter is truly gone forever remains up in the air.
There’s a good chance this will turn out to be a fake-out down the road, which could mean Peter will come back to unleash more mayhem.
Finally, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will get emotional as he meets “Bailey” aka Maxie’s daughter, Louise. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will have no problem duping Valentin, who’ll be over the moon about the sweet newborn he’s about to hold.
General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn will run into more obstacles sooner or later, but she’ll hope she can get those ELQ shares and keep Baby Louise safe! CDL’s where you want to be for hot General Hospital spoilers, news and updates, so make us your top source.
