General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 6, teases that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will get in touch with someone on his payroll and get back to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Carly will wonder what Valentin’s guy said, but Valentin may not have good news to report.
Valentin and Carly suspect Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has been talking to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) on his burner phone, but proving their link could be difficult.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) won’t be scoring his freedom yet, so Carly and Valentin will have to keep working along with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
Meanwhile, Cyrus will insist it doesn’t have to be this way – presumably meaning all the family fighting. He’ll want Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) to gain a fresh perspective and see that they could be beneficial to each other.
Cyrus may urge Nikolas to see that they’re better off on friendly terms since Cyrus isn’t someone you want as an enemy! In fact, Nikolas will apparently receive a job offer from Cyrus, but Laura Collins (Genie Francis) won’t be pleased about that at all.
Laura will be even more upset when she realizes Nikolas is actually giving it real consideration. GH spoilers say Nikolas will have to be careful, but Cyrus could indeed be a useful ally.
Nikolas might decide to take Cyrus up on his offer after he gets updates on what just happened at the gallery.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) was left spooked by a package that had been delivered to her. There was a fake hand inside, so Ava will probably decide Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) has to be responsible.
Ava will show Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) the gun she’s been secretly toting around and will make it clear that she’s capable of protecting herself. Although Ava will be armed and ready, she’ll still be fearful when she reconvenes with Nikolas.
This incident could be what prompts Nikolas to accept Cyrus’ job offer and move forward with a dangerous alliance, but Ava may be against that plan.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will have a lot on her mind as she gets ready for her Pentonville sentence. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will drop by and see that Alexis is truly terrified about doing her time behind bars.
There’ll be some tender moments as Alexis opens up to Sam about her concerns, but it doesn’t look like her mom will have any regrets about tackling her punishment head-on. Alexis will only regret that things got to this point at all.
Alexis is definitely at a low point, but she’s hoping prison will serve as a way to sober up and turn her life around. Sam will be there to offer support and make sure everything’s all squared away ahead of Alexis’ prison start date.
Next, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will try to explain, but there won’t be much they can say since Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) caught them on the verge of a kiss.
Once Willow makes herself scarce, Sasha will bring up the moment she walked in on – and Michael will confirm that he had one with his ex-wife.
Sasha won’t want to play second fiddle to Michael’s lingering feelings for Willow, so she’ll bow out of this romance. Michael will agree it’s for the best since he still feels pulled in Willow’s direction.
Sasha knows Michael kept her out of the loop on the truth about “Dev Corbin” aka Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) as well. That’ll serve as further proof that there’s not enough trust between them and perhaps never will be.
Michael and Sasha will part ways amicably, but they’ll still have to say a tough goodbye and move on with their lives.
Over with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she’ll have to think fast when a problem arises. Brook Lynn will find herself improvising, so there could be suspicions about her plot.
GH fans now know for sure that Brook Lynn is faking her pregnancy, so this raises the stakes and boosts the chances of her getting caught.
We should note that Valentin will see something that surprises him on Tuesday, so it’ll be interesting to see if that involves Brook Lynn or another character.
Regardless, Brook Lynn will lash out about how she doesn’t take orders from someone. Brook Lynn will have a bit of a meltdown, but it may be her way of distracting from the bigger issue of her pretend bun in the oven!
