General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, August 10, teases that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will deal with a gruesome crime scene while a killer remains on the loose in Port Charles. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also consider a sneaky mission, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
At GH, Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will give Chase a nudge toward vengeance. He’ll get that it doesn’t make up for the pain Chase has endured, but he’ll still think Chase should get some revenge in some form on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Chase was planning on bowing out gracefully, but Austin will push him to go out with a bang and leave Michael feeling defeated.
Of course, this is less about Austin helping Chase and more about Chase helping Austin!
Chase could be Austin’s best shot at snooping around and getting his hands on evidence that Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle) wanted his will changed.
It looks like Chase will cave in and agree to pitch in on Austin’s plot, so we’ll see if his upcoming mission pays off.
In the meantime, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will fret over the possibility of Austin having a real case and walking away with Quartermaine shares.
This could turn things upside down at the company and potentially keep Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in charge – that is if Valentin can keep making progress with Austin as an ally.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will continue to dwell on the devastation that’s headed Chase’s way, but she doesn’t realize he’s already in the loop on Michael and Willow Chase’s (Katelyn MacMullen) mutual love.
Even so, Brook Lynn seems poised to pick up the pieces of Chase’s broken heart down the road – and maybe he can do the same for BLQ once she’s forced to give up “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom).
At the hospital, Willow and Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) will worry about each other.
There’ll be something troubling Monica, so Willow will wonder how she can help. Monica will also express concern over Willow and all the struggles she’s faced with Chase, so she’ll invite her to open if she needs to.
Willow will also chat with Felix DuBois (Marc Anthony Samuel), who’ll share some new scenes with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) as well. It’s always fun to see Felix again, so fans will definitely want to tune in.
As for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), he’ll end up on the hot seat as Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) interrogates him about the letter.
Nikolas feels like Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) might’ve pushed Spencer into stalking Ava Jerome (Maura West), so he’ll want some honest answers.
Spencer will think fast and make sure to maintain his poker face, so Nikolas will eventually assume he was wrong about his son being the stalker. He’ll apologize for thinking that Spencer would have any kind of partnership with a serial killer.
Spencer will breathe a sigh of relief when Nikolas buys his denials, but should he really be pressing his luck with a party right now?
Nikolas will mention that Spencer’s going to have Wyndemere all to himself while he’s out of town, but Spencer will still seem nervous about keeping his big bash a secret.
However, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) has been looking forward to this shindig and will push Spencer to make sure it happens.
Spencer is crushing hard and really wants to please Trina, so he’ll agree the party’s still on.
In Naomi Dreyfus’ (Gigi Bermingham) hotel room, Dante will launch an investigation after Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) phone call.
Dante will get updates on what Sam and Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) know, which obviously isn’t much.
Shawn and Sam rushed back to Naomi’s room after realizing she’d given them a clue, but they were too late.
We’ll soon see that Sam and Shawn were looking at Naomi’s corpse when the show last left off, but who was her mysterious male killer?
Dante will find out what he can from Shawn and Sam, but Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will get grilled on Tuesday’s episode as well.
Finn was hoping to put all the Peter mayhem behind him, but Dante will think the doc might be able to fill in some gaps regarding Peter’s vanishing act.
Is Peter’s storyline connected to all the Hayden drama? Where is Hayden and why is she apparently being held captive? We’ll keep you posted as other GH news pops up.
