General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, May 25, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will make an emergency phone call to Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) – and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will face a baby bomb courtesy of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Meanwhile, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will threaten his fake nurse, “Chloe Jennings” (Kimberly J. Brown).
In Nixon Falls, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will try to shift attention away from the recent break-in and his involvement. Sonny may be in trouble with the law for what went down in Elijah Crowe’s (Dan White) office – and that goes for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), too.
However, there’s a far more pressing matter to focus on here. Nina is headed to a barbecue at Elijah’s request, but he’s obviously onto her since he’s given her name to the police. That’ll concern Sonny, who’ll insist that Nina’s in danger.
While Sonny tries to convince Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) and the cop at the bar, Elijah will put Nina to the test. Although Elijah suspects Nina was involved in the break-in, he’ll hold out hope that maybe he’s got it wrong.
Elijah genuinely likes Nina, so he’ll hate the idea of her being in cahoots with Sonny.
Of course, it won’t be long until Elijah’s suspicions are confirmed. Elijah will realize the printed documents are in Nina’s handbag, so that’ll be all the proof he needs. A scary confrontation is on the way, but Nina will try to keep her cool.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will ask Elijah why he thinks this is happening. She’ll want Elijah to see that he’s the real problem.
It sounds like Nina will push Elijah to accept that he’s destroying quaint small towns for selfish gain, but Elijah will be livid over Nina’s betrayal – especially since she teamed up with Sonny.
In Canada, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will try to wrap her head around the terrible news she just received. Britt’s test results indicated that she indeed has the genetic market for Huntington’s disease.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will fret over Britt as she struggles to see the bright side of knowing the truth.
There’s a good chance a kiss between Britt and Jason is rapidly approaching, so stay tuned to see if Tuesday’s episode will bring a comforting lip lock. As for Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) back in Port Charles, she’ll remain in Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) clutches.
Peter snatched Gladys on Cyrus’ orders, so Brando will fear for Gladys’ safety.
When Brando tries to figure out a trade to get his mom released, Cyrus may have some interesting suggestions. Will Cyrus push Brando to come clean about being the father of Sasha’s unborn child? What else will Cyrus want as part of this deal with Brando?
No matter what terms Cyrus lays out, Brando isn’t going to like them. There’ll be an argument that pushes Brando over the edge in the coming episodes, so don’t miss the tense drama ahead.
In the meantime, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will explain to Spinelli that she’s got a scheme to ensure Baby Lou’s safety.
Before Maxie can spill the details of how she’ll keep Peter at bay, Spinelli may hear from Carly. We know Carly will send out an SOS call to Spinelli – and Tuesday’s GH preview video shows Carly telling somebody over the phone to meet her in Room 808 at the Metro Court.
Carly will need some help navigating the Gladys situation, so that should be where Spinelli comes in.
The interruption might convince Maxie that she’s better off leaving Spinelli in the dark. After all, Spinelli can get pretty nervous and probably isn’t the best person to spill a secret to!
Over with Peter, he’ll clash with the nurse he hired for Maxie. “Chloe” will be a little too disrespectful for Peter’s taste, so he’ll make it clear she should ditch the attitude or else she’ll be replaced.
Finally, Sasha will cross paths with Willow and say more than she means to. Willow will ultimately realize Sasha is pregnant, so Sasha may reveal that Brando is the father and swear Willow to secrecy.
Sasha could use someone to confide in and knows Willow can be trusted, so we’ll see if the whole story comes pouring out.
