General Hospital Spoilers Update: Wednesday, May 26 – Sonny’s Heroic Rescue – Spinelli’s Weird Encounter – Brook Lynn Disaster

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, May 26, teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will make a heroic rescue while Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) has a weird encounter. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will also fear a disaster’s brewing, so here’s the scoop on all the hot drama ahead.

At the lighthouse, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be ready to take their relationship to the next level. Jason and Britt just shared a kiss, but it looks like they’ll go all the way in Wednesday’s GH episode.

Britt will wonder if Jason’s certain he wants to take this step with her, but shirtless Jason won’t show any signs of hesitation. It’s clear that there’s tons of mutual attraction going on here, so Jason and Britt should enjoy a passionate encounter.

Next, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will mull over what to do about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Cyrus has offered some veiled threats against Spencer Cassadine (last played by Nicolas Bechtel) and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), so those have already had Nikolas and Ava on edge.

Now that Cyrus is done trying to bond with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), he’s made it clear that she’ll pay the price along with her family. As Ava’s concerns grow, she’ll make it clear that Cyrus must be dealt with permanently.

Nikolas may agree death is the ideal solution, but pulling that off could be easier said than done. Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is about to find that out the hard way!

GH viewers know Brando pulled the gun on Cyrus instead of firing a deadly shot at Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).

However, armed Cyrus will soon tell Brando that he failed his last test. Perhaps Brando will pull the trigger only to find the gun he was handed is unloaded. This may have been Cyrus’ way of seeing if Brando was truly loyal enough to kill his own mother.

Brando obviously wasn’t – and not only that, he turned the gun on his own boss.

None of that’s going to work for Cyrus, who’ll plan to kill Brando in retaliation. Of course, Spinelli will approach the warehouse and could potentially create a diversion. One way or another, Brando will wiggle out of this mess alive.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will deliver a warning over the phone, so it seems she’ll tell Spinelli to flee while he still can. She’ll fret over the danger that’s erupting, Spinelli will live to see another day.

It turns out Spinelli may make a strange acquaintance on Wednesday as well. There’ll be someone Spinelli stumbles across in an alley – and we know Spinelli’s set to interact with someone named Vincent “Vince” Novak at some point in the coming episodes.

It’s possible Roger Howarth (ex-Franco Baldwin) will play Vince, who’s set to try recruiting Spinelli for tech talents.

Whatever the case, there’ll be somebody who catches Spinelli off guard and earns an uneasy greeting from him on Wednesday’s episode.

Across town, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will once again thank Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) for letting him stay at the Quartermaine mansion for a while.

However, Chase will grow concerned about how this living arrangement might affect Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Chase doesn’t know Willow secretly wants to be with Michael and plans to reunite with him once Chase has recovered.

Still, Chase will assume this could be a little awkward considering Willow’s raising a child with Michael, who happens to be her former hubby.

Willow will indeed seem uncomfortable, but Chase’s health has to come first. She’ll probably pretend everything’s fine and act like it’ll be great having Chase so close to the gatehouse.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will hover and drive Brook Lynn nuts in the meantime, but Chase could be another issue on her mind.

Chase has some serious detective skills, so Brook Lynn may not like the idea of him hanging around where he could potentially crack the Baby Louise case. Michael will wonder what’s up when Brook Lynn warns of impending catastrophe.

Although Brook Lynn may voice her displeasure over having such a full house, Michael may insist that Valentin and Chase’s time there will be temporary.

Brook Lynn will wait for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to get in touch, but she may be waiting for quite some time since Maxie was drugged and should be out of it for a while.

Britt Westbourne will also have some concerns in Canada, but Jason may convince her to bask in the afterglow of their time together and put any worries out of her mind.

Valentin will beam as he prepares to become a father again, but he has no idea that Brook Lynn intends to take Maxie’s baby in for her. There are a ton of ways for this plot to go wrong, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out!

In Nixon Falls, Sonny will rush to Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) side as she faces Elijah Crowe’s (Dan White) dangerous threat. Sonny will likely throw a punch and pull Nina away from Elijah’s menacing grasp, so it’ll be fun to watch “Mike” in hero mode.

General Hospital spoilers say some twists and turns are still to come in Nina and Sonny’s storyline, so stay tuned. CDL will have other hot General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so stick with us.
