General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, May 5, tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will fume over Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) display of dominance. Carly showed some serious swagger when she showed up at the five families meeting. The mob queen has arrived!
However, Cyrus will have a big problem with that since he wasn’t expecting anyone to represent the Corinthos organization at this meeting. It’ll further infuriate Cyrus when Carly makes it clear that she’s running the show now.
Carly will toss threats around and make sure Cyrus knows she’s not to be messed with.
Once Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) makes it back to town with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), he’ll encourage his daughter to open up a bit more about the pressure she’s under.
Joss has been stressed over this waitlist situation – and now she feels like she’s let her teammates down, too.
Jax will offer more support, but it seems Josslyn will want to confide in her mom next. The problem is Carly will be missing due to this five families meeting. Josslyn will seek information about where Carly dashed off to – and Jax will have some questions of his own.
General Hospital spoilers say Jax will be unsettled over Carly’s vanishing act. He’ll worry that Carly might’ve landed in some mob trouble – and Carly could easily find herself in over her head with Cyrus and the five families if she isn’t careful!
It sounds like Carly will be playing a very dangerous game. Carly will put on a confident act, but she’ll feel the weight of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) absence deep down.
Speaking of Sonny, he’ll give Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) his full attention at The Tan-O. There’ll be some scenes that could veer into steamy territory if Nina and “Mike” finally share that kiss they’ve been trying to share.
We know Nina will have a date night with Elijah Crowe (Dan White) within the next couple weeks, so perhaps Nina will scare herself a bit when it comes to Sonny and their growing bond.
It could convince Nina to back off and concentrate on Elijah for a while, but Sonny won’t give up since he can’t resist Nina.
In the meantime, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will try to put the rest of the puzzle pieces together when it comes to all the parking garage drama.
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will blow up at Jordan since she’ll feel like she’s being grilling right along with Cameron Webber (William Lipton).
However, Jordan will insist she’s just trying to get all the facts here. She’ll have an obligation to go by the book, though she’ll take no pleasure in Cameron’s ordeal.
Cameron will realize the cops think he’s responsible, but he’ll stand by his innocence – that is until the security cam footage is finally pulled up.
Cameron’s bound to be shown that footage eventually, so that should give Cam a clear view of himself pulling the trigger on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Since Cameron seems to have blocked out firing that shot, Cam may be horrified over what he’s done.
Is Cameron any better than the Franco Baldwin (Roger Howart) killer he thinks Jason is? Cameron may not be so sure anymore once all the details come to light.
Of course, there’s another bomb that’ll have to drop on Cameron at some point. Liz now knows that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) actually killed Franco, not Jason. We’ll see when the time will be right for Cameron to learn that info.
Until then, let’s talk about Jason’s recovery. On Wednesday’s General Hospital episode, Jason will be on the mend and feeling much better thanks to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Britt will get some kind words from Jason as he thanks her, but she’ll also want to thank Jason for stepping up for her against Cyrus’ goons.
Britt would be dead from an overdose right now if it hadn’t been for Jason – and Jason would be dead following a gunshot wound if it hadn’t been for Britt. These two saved each other and will no doubt continue to do so as this story heats up.
For the time being, Britt will needle Jason after he expresses his gratitude and opens up to her. Britt will feel like Jason’s breaking out of his “strong silent type” mold a bit, so there’ll be some flirty moments as this connection keeps developing.
On Wednesday’s General Hospital episode, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) connection will develop a little more as well. It looks like Dante will track Sam down and see how she’s holding up.
Sam dumped Jason to keep her kids safe and give them a more normal life away from all the danger. Even so, Sam will always care about Jason and will never stop worrying about him.
This ordeal could leave Sam with concerns, but Dante will do his best to help the PCPD bring Jason in alive.
General Hospital spoilers say Dante and Sam are gearing up for a new deal, so stay tuned to hear more about their agreement later this week, May 3-7.
