General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of June 14-18 teases that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will make a bloodwork discovery while Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) pushes for Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) secret. As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she’ll have her hands full due to a baby crisis – one that comes courtesy of Mama Maxie herself!
First, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will get some unsettling news from Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and march herself over to Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) place.
Jax will once again find himself on the hot seat as Nina accuses him of blackmailing Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Of course, Jax may downplay his threat and probably won’t go into the details, but Nina will still know he scored her Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) visits through disturbing tactics.
While Nina lectures Jax, Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) will push TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) away. He’ll discourage TJ from coming to see him, but TJ may plan to keep stopping by anyway.
Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will resolve to fix everything that’s broken in her family, so she’ll put out some fires and try to mend things wherever she can.
You can bet Stella will keep trying to nudge Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) in the direction of repairing their marriage.
Other GH spoilers say a light bulb will go off for Finn. Just when it looks like all hope is lost, Finn will uncover a shocking clue that could save Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Finn may examine the report from the outside lab a bit closer and see what he’s missing in Chase’s bloodwork.
The cure Finn came up with was based on his assumption that he was Chase’s biological father. Finn’s DNA is what turned the cure into something that made Chase worse instead.
Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) is Chase’s true father, so Finn may find a hint and confirm if before working on another cure.
Finn might try to keep his optimism to himself this time around. It doesn’t look like Finn will want to tell Chase until he feels confident in his theory and his ability to pull this off.
In the meantime, Chase will look forward to marrying the love of his life.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will have to explain to Michael why she’s going to tie the knot with dying Chase. Michael will be crushed, but he’ll get why Willow intends to make this sacrifice for Chase’s sake.
As far as Michael and Willow will know, Chase will only have a short time left to live.
Finn’s cure is coming up eventually, so the timing of when it arrives could be crucial. It seems likely this wedding is going to happen before Finn has a chance to reveal his life-saving solution.
As for Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), he’ll have a meeting with Carly regarding his future. Brando was willing to take a lot of risks by serving as a double agent, but he might prefer to focus on quietly working at the garage and creating a calmer life for the baby.
Now that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been apprehended, Brando may assure Carly that he doesn’t want anything to do with the mob.
Whatever the case, Brando will remain excited about the baby and his budding romance with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
Next, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will get some fantastic updates, so maybe she’ll receive word about getting off the waitlist at her preferred university – or maybe it’ll involve some good news about her new PCU plans instead.
Either way, Josslyn will feel hopeful while Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) battles some serious worries.
Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) Huntington’s marker will be on Obrecht’s mind as she frets, but Britt will take a break from her concerns and focus on catching up with Jason at the Metro Court.
Carly and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura Wright) will be around to witness the close nature of Jason and Britt’s connection. Ava will call Carly’s attention to it and perhaps set up Carly making a few waves.
As for Maxie, she’ll face another grilling session as Sam tries to figure out all the missing baby drama. Sam will be more understanding than Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), but she’ll still hope to pry the truth out of Maxie.
In Pautauk, the hunt for Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) will continue. Austin (Roger Howarth) will pitch in as promised and will mention a search area that’s gone unchecked.
It looks like Dante will discover something based on Austin’s advice, so it should be a real team effort.
Finally, Brook Lynn will push Maxie to stay away from Louise to keep her safe. Maxie will reluctantly agree, but she’ll change her mind and sneak to see the baby in the not-too-distant future.
