General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of June 7-11 teases that Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) stalker will strike while Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) grows frustrated over her Peter August (Wes Ramsey) search.
As for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll find himself torn between Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry).
At Wyndemere, Ava will face another disturbing threat that lets her know her stalker isn’t done harassing her. It looks like Ava will react to her latest special delivery with horror and express concern to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
In the end, Nikolas and Ava will be rattled enough to call the cops this time around. The threat against Ava will be intensifying to the point that they genuinely fear for her safety.
Of course, there’s a good chance a Spencer Cassadine recast is behind all this, so there’s probably not as much danger as there seems to be.
Even so, Spencer wants Ava out of the way and will apparently do just about anything to make sure her marriage to Nikolas fails. In the meantime, Anna may find that the Peter trail has gone completely cold.
GH fans know Anna insisted she’d never stop searching for Peter, but she’s bound to grow frustrated.
Anna will want to put Peter behind bars and end the uncertainty that’s hanging over everyone, especially Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
What Anna doesn’t realize is that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) seemingly pushed Peter to his death – though GH writers have certainly left the door open for some trickery that reveals Peter’s alive after all.
Still, Finn at least believes he killed Peter, and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) believes that as well.
They’ll remain stuck in this cover-up scheme together, but Liz will have her work cut out for her when it comes to keeping Finn quiet. It’ll be hard for Finn to stay silent knowing what he’s done.
As for Anna, she’ll end up venting to Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) soon enough. Liesl and Anna will commiserate over their disdain for Peter and everything he stood for.
Obrecht may agree it would’ve been nice to see Peter in prison or dead. She’ll assume Peter is just out there on the run somewhere, but she won’t know where to look any more than Anna does.
Over with Curtis, he’ll make it out of surgery alive and will get a pep talk from Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) as he recovers from his gunshot wound.
Curtis will also receive a visit from a concerned Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), so he’ll no doubt downplay his injuries and try to calm her down later. Curtis will be grateful that his life was saved since now he has a chance at a new beginning.
The question is: Will it be a fresh start with Portia or another chapter with Jordan? Curtis will actually see the benefits of both, so he’ll have a conflicted heart.
However, it seems like Portia may have the upper hand based on what we’ve seen so far. As other news rolls in, we’ll provide updates. General Hospital spoilers say Curtis will have to make some decisions about his future in the coming episodes, so stay tuned.
