General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will ultimately decide that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is right – that she can’t realistically keep her pregnancy a secret for very long now that she’s back in Port Charles.
After Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) takes one look at Brook Lynn’s baby bump, he’s going to realize there’s a chance this baby could be his.
Instead of trying to deny it or do anything to suggest another “baby daddy” option, Brook Lynn will just tackle the situation head-on. General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn will admit the baby belongs to Valentin, so that’ll turn his world upside down.
However, Brook Lynn won’t be receptive to the idea of nailing down any details involving co-parenting this child. It sounds like Brook Lynn will basically insist this is HER baby and Valentin shouldn’t worry about it.
Brook Lynn will think she’s perfectly capable of handling motherhood on her own and won’t want Valentin involved.
Of course, that’s not going to work for Valentin. Although this baby bomb will throw Valentin for a loop, he’ll quickly process what this means and embrace the idea of a new son or daughter.
This certainly isn’t something Valentin planned, but he won’t like the idea of Brook Lynn keeping him from his own flesh and blood.
Valentin adores Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and has found being her papa to be the greatest joy of his life. This is too important to simply let go, so Valentin will turn to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) for legal help.
GH spoilers say Valentin will be prepared for a ruthless custody battle if he can’t convince Brook Lynn to cooperate.
Martin should marvel over this shocking turn of events for Valentin, but he’ll listen to his client’s dilemma and tell him what he needs to do. This will be an initial strategy session to consider their ammo and figure out the plan of attack.
Since Brook Lynn will be playing hardball, Valentin will have to play hardball right back.
