General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is gearing up for a big reveal, so captive Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will face the shocking truth. Will this showdown mean a father and son will reunite? Let’s consider the facts and the bombshell Valentin might face next.
Valentin has been reflecting a lot lately on Cassadine history and how he became his own man after finding out he was Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) illegitimate son.
However, just because Valentin wasn’t Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) child doesn’t mean he wasn’t the son of another Cassadine!
GH fans still don’t know the identity of Valentin’s bio dad – and now Victor has reentered the picture as the show’s current baddie.
Since there’s been so much talk about Valentin’s roots and we’ve still got a mystery to solve, it makes sense for the show to perhaps connect the dots here.
The writers have the prime opportunity to swing things back in another direction by making Valentin a Cassadine through Victor.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) certainly had a motive to mess with the DNA test that proved Valentin wasn’t a legit Cassadine, so that’d be easy enough to explain away.
Regardless, a significant face-to-face meeting is coming up between Valentin and Victor.
Valentin was sedated through those drinks at the tavern in Greece and will disappear from the bed Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) put him in thanks to Victor’s orders.
During the week of Octobre 4-8, Valentin will get a brief run-down from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when they become cellmates for a while, so he’ll discover Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and Victor’s strange alliance.
Soon after, Valentin will be dragged away by the guards and will find himself in a room with dangerous Victor.
Why will Victor want to see Valentin? After all, Drew has been locked up for years without so much as a peep from the big boss.
Valentin will apparently be a bit of a VIP prisoner since he’ll see the boss right off the bat!
That could point to a deeper connection between Valentin and Victor.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin hasn’t seen Victor since he was about six years old and left the island for boarding school. Nevertheless, Valentin remembers Victor and certainly knows this villain’s reputation.
Valentin’s main concern will be scoring his freedom, but Victor will have other dangerous intentions.
Will Victor reveal that he’s Valentin’s true father? Could that revelation happen during this fierce faceoff – and what will Victor plan to do with Valentin next?
