General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, January 27 – Jason Protects Carly - Peter’s Mission for Dante – Franco Scandal Spreads

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 27, tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will grow concerned after receiving some updates on his phone. At the Metro Court, Michael will warn that he doesn’t want Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) going anywhere.

This may happen after Peter August (Wes Ramsey) publishes a scandalous story about Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) dangerous tumor returning, which seems to be what he has in mind.

Michael may argue he doesn’t want Willow living at some apartment alone right now. He might feel like it’s better to be cautious considering Franco’s dark history and the potential for it to be revisited.

Whatever the case, Peter will recruit Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as part of his plan on Wednesday. General Hospital spoilers say Peter will smugly insist that Dante’s about to earn his salary. He’ll spell out what he expects of Dante, but we’ll see if Dante’s willing to obey orders.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will wonder what someone has in mind. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) might have some steamy surprise to spring on Ava later, but he’ll be busy catching up with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) in the meantime.

Liz will have a heartfelt conversation with Nikolas, so that may come after Peter hits publish on the Franco story as well. Nikolas will understand that Liz and her boys must be going through a lot right now, so he’ll undoubtedly help in any way he can.

As for Franco, he’ll meet up with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and ask if she’s finally found a way to fix him.

Liesl will continue to manipulate Franco, but GH fans will also see a private phone conversation for Dr. O. “We need to act,” Liesl insists in Wednesday’s preview video.

Since Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) suspicions about Peter are growing, Liesl may hope her daughter’s willing to make some bold moves for her. Until then, Britt will run into Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) at the boxing gym. “I’m willing if you are,” Maxie tells Britt in Wednesday’s preview clip.

Although things aren’t as tense between Britt and Maxie as they used to be, Maxie may think the tension needs to lift even further. Since Britt matters to Peter, she matters to Maxie as well.

Maxie should be willing to officially make peace for Peter’s sake, so Britt may play along while she secretly plots to find out what else Peter’s up to.

At Crimson, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will get some news and wonder if this is damage control. That might be about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) taking her story to Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney), but it seems like Nina would know exactly what that is. After all, Nina turned the story down first!

Perhaps it’s Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) who’ll drop by Nina’s office and apologize if he came on a little strong when he accused Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).

Valentin might argue that he’s just determined to help Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) get his mother back, but Nina may suggest there’s more to the story.

Whatever the case, Valentin will try to open Nina’s eyes to Jax’s secrets in the coming episodes. This is building to a big moment before the week’s over where Jax insists he can’t lie to Nina anymore. Carly may realize she’ll have to take action if she hopes to keep Jax’s mouth shut.

Back with Nikolas, he’ll be feeling pensive on Wednesday. Nikolas may find it difficult to shake Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) necklace obsession and what it really means. When you add that to Liz’s family crisis, there’ll be a great deal on Nikolas’ mind.

Next, General Hospital spoilers say Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will meet up with Carly and explain a situation to her. “It would be a relief for me if you say no,” Jason says in Wednesday’s GH preview video.

No matter what the exact details are, Jason’s main goal will no doubt be keeping Carly out of trouble!

Finally, Jackie will get a little irritated with Sasha. She’ll sense that maybe Sasha’s got some new reservations, so she’ll demand to know if this interview is still on.

Of course, Jackie must be cranky after her tense encounter with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), so that could be part of why she’ll snap at Sasha.

Regardless, Sasha will have to make a decision on how to proceed – and the choice she makes could change her fate! GH fans will see some shockers and shakeups in Wednesday’s show, so stay tuned.
