General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 6, tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will think the masked doctor she just stopped seems awfully familiar. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is still wearing her disguise, so she may try to keep this short and avoid saying much of anything.
Even so, Anna will feel like she might know this person from somewhere.
Liesl may bolt before Anna puts it all together, but a superspy like Anna should really be able to figure this out! GH writers will once again be writing Anna out of character if she can’t identify Liesl.
Meanwhile, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will assure Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that “it’s truly been worth anything.” Of course, Peter will likely be talking about the hurdles they’ve overcome to be together, including all the naysayers like Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
Peter may be keeping a boatload of dark secrets, but he does love Maxie and desperately wants to keep their relationship intact. As for Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), he’ll offer updates to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and discuss a problem he now has.
“I don’t really know what to do about that,” Franco says while looking pensive in Wednesday’s preview clip.
General Hospital spoilers say Franco may be talking about the meltdowns he faces whenever Peter’s voice becomes overwhelming. However, Franco might also be talking about the target he put on his own back.
Franco’s now trying to downplay the possibility that he’ll revert to sinister behavior, but Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was quick to point out there’s still a chance Franco’s dark side will return.
Although Franco suggested Jason would honor their bargain if that’s the case, he may worry he’s given Jason a license to kill him – even if maybe it’s not necessary!
Jason’s never going to trust Franco, so they’ll both need to stay on guard in the coming months. In the meantime, Anna will finally catch up with Dante. She’ll want to know more about the work Dante was doing with Dr. Warren Kirk (Jamison Jones) at the WSB, so Dante will open up a bit.
Nevertheless, there are some questions Dante won’t have answers to – and he’ll feel like he’ll never find out those answers now. This could lead to Anna asking about Dante’s new handler, but Dante might clam up.
Whatever the case, Anna will be awfully suspicious about what was supposedly a mugging gone wrong. She doesn’t seem like she buys the idea the story behind Dr. Kirk’s shocking death.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will meet with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) at Charlie’s Pub. While Laura’s there, she’ll receive the news that Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) would like to meet them at GH.
As for Kevin, he’ll peer in a hospital room as Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) stands nearby. “It’s out of our hands,” Britt assures Kevin in Wednesday’s preview video.
Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) should be the reason Kevin seems unsettled – and Ryan will be the person Laura, Ava and Nikolas get updates on as well.
Ryan’s supposedly in a vegetative state, but he smirked to let GH viewers know things aren’t as they seem. Perhaps Ryan will be able to keep the lie going and get himself transferred to a facility that’ll be easier to escape from.
Ryan might even fake some seizures or something to really make his medical team let their guards down.
Whatever the case, there’s no sign of Ryan drama halting the action in the next couple weeks. This seems like a story that GH writers intend to wrap up for now and address again later.
As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll snap at Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) in Wednesday’s episode. “You’ll leave when I’m good and ready for you to leave,” Valentin hisses in the preview clip.
Martin will seem taken aback by Valentin’s forcefulness, but Valentin will probably tell his attorney to shut up and listen. General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will be trying to help!
Martin will need a favor, so Valentin will promise to help if he can. This should tie in with Martin and Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) missing mother, Florence Grey (Annie Abbott).
If Valentin can help Martin get his mom back, that could put him at odds with the Corinthos clan – and General Hospital spoilers say that’s right where Valentin will be in the weeks ahead.
Until then, Jordan Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will take a bold stand against Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). “There’s nothing I can do from here,” Jordan calmly says in Wednesday’s promo. “Wrong answer,” Cyrus fires back.
Cyrus will contend that Jordan’s going to keep doing what she’s told or else there’ll be consequences. However, Jordan will be sick and tired of taking orders from this menace.
She’ll tell Cyrus she’s out, so he’s not going to respond well to that declaration. Cyrus will undoubtedly want Jordan to help him find Florence or at least make Jason pay, but Jordan may wash her hands of Cyrus entirely.
Will Cyrus retaliate once Jordan stops doing his dirty work? GH fans won’t want to miss what happens next as Cyrus’ battles continue. CDL will have all the sizzling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news you need, so drop by regularly.
