General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, March 10, tease that Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) murder investigation will lead to trouble for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) found Jason stooping over Franco’s shot body, so it’s understandable that she’d think he was Franco’s killer – especially considering they struck a deadly deal not all that long ago.
Now that Liz has pointed the finger at Jason, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will wonder what makes her so sure that Jason’s guilty.
Of course, Liz can bring up those points we just mentioned: finding Jason hovering over his bloody handiwork and the murder pact that set it up. There should be no doubt in Elizabeth’s mind that Jason took her husband from her.
GH viewers know it was actually Peter August (Wes Ramsey) who fired that shot that proved fatal, but things are going to look bad for Jason until the truth comes out.
Jason might suspect that Peter was Franco’s true murderer, but he’ll surely take his usual silent approach once Mac Scorpio (John J. York) demands to know what happened.
Jason isn’t typically one to offer up information without Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) present, so hopefully Diane can hightail it over to the PCPD and help clean up another mess.
Over with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she’ll grow concerned when Cameron Webber (William Lipton) doesn’t show up for school. Joss will eventually head over to Cam’s house and quiz him about the reason for his absence.
Cameron will seem more worried than distraught at that point, so it’s possible he’ll simply learn there’s been an incident involving Franco. Liz will still be busy with Jordan at the police station – and the news of Franco’s death is surely something she’d want to deliver in person, not over the phone.
Perhaps Cameron will admit he’s being kept in the dark on what went down, which could set up Josslyn and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) helping Cameron seek answers later this week.
General Hospital spoilers say Trina and Joss will do their best to help Cameron uncover the real story, but only dead Franco and Peter know the details.
As for Peter, he’ll do his best to convince Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that any sinister mistakes he made are all behind him. Peter will undoubtedly deny any recent wrongdoing and argue that Maxie should trust the man he is now.
General Hospital spoilers say Peter will contend that he’s made sure the past can’t touch them, but how will Maxie respond?
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have a feeling that Maxie wants to be persuaded by Peter, so she’ll relay her fears to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and hope Maxie proves her wrong.
GH fans can expect Maxie to deliver an answer to Peter, but we’ll see if it’s the one he wants to hear or not. Regardless, Peter will accept his fate once Friday rolls around.
That could mean Peter won’t be feeling good about his chance of a happily ever after with Maxie – though Peter will deny having any part in Franco’s death next week.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will warn Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) about the battle that’s brewing. Laura may get updates on Franco’s grim outcome and realize Liz won’t stop until she takes Jason down.
“Pray for peace and prepare for war,” Laura insists in Wednesday’s GH preview video.
It’s also possible Laura will weigh in on Carly and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) feud during her visit, so we’ll see how it all plays out. Finally, there’ll be a Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) sighting at The Tan-O.
“Mike” will tell Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy), Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) and a man holding a plate that he thinks he knows what’s going on here.
Sonny always manages to land in some sort of drama, so stay tuned for more details on his latest crisis and perhaps find out how it fits in the vandalism mystery. CDL’s your one-stop source for sizzling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so drop by often.
